Ryan was about to target the hooded figure again when a sudden explosion of lightning caught his attention. The attack was a success, hitting the target as it should, but the recoil was greater than the power that hit its target, doing more damage to the wielder instead.
"Kat!" He called, running over to the injured sun hunter and immediately summoning the red light over her. Hopefully this he would be able to pull of his Fear charge.

Before looked up at Bella, giving the witch puppy-dog eyes in an attempt to convince her not to do anything foolish or rash. But instead fog was kicked into his face as she went on her own DDDDDDD8 and then Ofie went to go and attack the other Hunter-dude being attacked by everyone ;; He crawled along the ground on his stomach, dragging his wheel behind him, Vanna muttering indignantly to her bonded.
What Before had tried to do was swing Vanna forward to get enough momentum to hoist himself back up. Except as he swung, he misjudged his distance and ended up dragging the spikes along the sword-wielding Hunter. "OSHI- I DIDN'T MEAN IT!!" he gasped in dismay DDDD8
But Vanna seemed to stir, disturbed by the odd FEAR she just charged herself with. Something seems odd, silly Before... she hissed.
With his other hand, Before began to try and make his way to Ofelia 8CCCCC "We shouldn't have let Bella go it alone!" he whined softly.

Coughing, Kat dusted herself off and attempted to stand again. Holy crap.. Lets not do that again. Thankfully, Ryan had caught sight of her little embarrassment, and came over to aid her. Wiping her face with the back of her hand, she gave the moon hunter a cheeky grin. "Heh heh, thanks, Ryan." Thanks to him, she wasn't feeling as ill and sore as she had been a few minutes ago. "I think that's good enough." Patting him on the shoulder, she pulled herself to her feet and scanned the crowd for her previous target.
"Okay, lets try this again, shall we, Xedis?" With a soft grumble of approval voiced in her head, she raised her guns once again on the phony hunter and fired.

Candace was all for singing. She was used to it because of Jerry. Sing whatever you want, dude. Sing out loud.
But there's a time and place. A time. And. Place.
"Shut up already." These weren't really their Hunters, right? So..she wouldn't get in trouble for kicking the girl. "If you're going to sing at least have a ******** talent for it. You sound like a dying parrot."

Ofelia turned as she thought she heard her name, looking towards a figure that was slowly crawling towards her. For a moment nothing registered on her face, as if she were simply thinking too hard about something, but then whatever it was clicked in the back of her head and Ofelia looked. . . sheepish.
As in she felt really, really bad for kicking Before in the balls. Her cheeks flushed almost as red as her hair, since well, being lucid tended to make one think about the bad stuff they might have done to people, and Ofelia pushed herself upright to move towards her companion.
What...uh...should she say? "Are...are ya okay?" It's not like she could reach out and touch the afflicted area. Nope. Not going there. "Ah'm...really sorry?" She sounded unsure if she meant it or not, like Ofelia was weighing the pros and cons of kicking her friend in the nuts. Either way her face at least looked sincere, and Ofelia managed to reach Before's side and place supporting hands on his shoulders. "An' .. yeah. Ah...dunno where she is now so you see her? Ah went after the one who hurt her, but. . . " Her voice was unsteady as her gaze went back outward.
There was a sense of relief as Jordan was able to see what Deryk was talking about. Not only that, but he was able to call out to the others to take action. This was all a good thing, right? These false-hunters would likely just be a danger to all of them. Plus.. they were just entities of the fog. Nothing more. Just a destructive force.
The Death trainee kept telling himself this, though there were always doubts circulating his mind. What if he was wrong? Then he may have just doomed these three. He'd be in serious trouble.
No. He had to be right about this.
Turning back towards the faceless hunter, he thrust Tooley to try and stab them in the head.

Tybalt let out a sharp yelp as the weapon bit into him. He hadn't been aware that the other was so close by and cursed himself for not keeping an eye on the other enemies present. However, regardless of their attack, the black dog remained focused on his original target and bit into him again. This time digging his claws in for good measure.
"For all your talk, you guys must be getting pretty tired right about now. Thinking of calling it quits soon?" He gave the hooded figure a grin. Which happened to look more savage than he intended given all the blood already coating his muzzle.

More hits had taken the figure as it had been busy with the girl, but each one had been ignored, as though they had not even been felt. Not enough to grant the shadowy robed ones attentions. No, they were mere insects, and each would have their turn in time, to feel Alexander's bite.
And then one attack in particular struck. Bullets, rippling against the shadowy fabric of the cloak, tearing through the fog only to be swallowed up once more.
This one he turned towards. This one, who though she wore the coat of a hunter, was clearly just a pretender, just one of them.
As he glided towards her swiftly, she fired at him again. Another powerful attack, more ripples as the bullets cut through the figure, making it hesitate, even stumble and fold in on itself slightly before it continued towards her. It had a target in it's sights, and it would not be thrown off course.
Again the runes on the weapon glowed a bright red as it was lifted, and then a blur of motion as it was used to strike out at her, again and again, over and over. The figure had been kind to the coated ones until this point. It would not be making that mistake again.

On of these fake hunters was already almost down, Eva could see. There were a number of hunters and students alike flocking forward to attack, so many so that Eva wasn't sure when the best time to jump back into the fray was. Standing out at the edge, the girl took this chance to glance back in search of Otto and Melvin, and then Gale and Marcus. Were they okay?
The energy holding them together was fading quickly and alarmingly, and the once cheery hunter became silent. Mist flowed from his robes like blood, and even mroe than that. Rivers, floods, all entangling and obscuring -
A rough laugh. A manic giggle. He shoved away the nearest Hunter with an electrical burst as the laughter grew.

Switching targets for the moment, Mei moved in on the hooded figure, ready to strike at him, only to pause when she set her gaze on his weapon. It looked oddly familiar.. she could have sworn one of the students had an arm just like that, but she couldn't place who.

Another target, another shove, another obstacle removed. Nothing but red in the grays and whites and blacks. Everything was in the way because everything was one big game, always in his way, their way -
Laughter. Not just form the hunter but the weapon as well, a snarling, vicious glee as it snatched Fear that no-one else could hear because he was alone, so very very alone. His partner was gone. Of course. He was the only true person to rely on. The only real one there.
The rest? Fakes. Inane little copies of color that needed to be put in their place. They all needed to die. They all needed to die. Gone, be removed, crushed, obliterated -
Someone had talked to them, and the noise hurt their ears and they all needed to die. They removed one more obstacle out of the way to get to it.
Here comes the hero.

Seeing the mist flow out of the robe like that was a little eerie. However, it only helped affirm Deryk's intentions here. These were not real. They weren't even a part of Halloween. Though, that maniacal laughter still put him on edge. Why was he laughing?!
Being shoved back was a shocking experience for the hunter. Twitching from the zap, he tried to shake it off, but was a little too stunned at the moment to do anything about it.

The sight of the hooded figure moving towards her wasn't exactly something she had wanted to see. She could do close range combat, but she preferred a little distance between her and her target. Unfortunately, today just wasn't her day when it came to 'luck'. Sucking in a breath of air, she instinctively took a step back as they approached her. This.. wasn't going to end well on her end.
Gritting her teeth, the sun hunter raised her arms in a defensive manner, in hopes to shield herself from the worst of the damage. From the attack, her fear shield was taking a hell of a beating, and was left back in the same position she had been before Ryan had healed her. "Ugh.. Bloody hooded freak..!"
