Caligon Ryzer-Neko Caligon had a goofy grin on his face when he saw Karin's reaction, but the blush on her face quickly faded when she got into what appeared to be her favorite thing to do, which was teaching people how to master guns. Caligon was also serious, memorizing everything she told him while muttering a few "Okay"s and "yup"s when needed. He was about to question what the heck an SVD was when teachers came up and told them something was happening and that they need to evacuate unless they were knowledgeable enough. "You seem to forget who I am, teach. Let's see what you've got." Caligon could smell the magic and walked over to see Shikori and Namihana with wings growing out of their backs. But he was more interested in the seals. "Who in the Three Planes made these things? They look pretty darn strong to me. Probably triggered by emotional response to unleash hidden power or something. But the wings... Is it me or do all nekos get screwed over? Because I have yet to see a neko with wings around."

٭٭٭٭٭₪₪₪↑↑↑↓↓↓∆∆→→→Eumi Isunden Dreldan←←←∆∆Given the time to reflect on what she'd said to Caligon, Eumi fll deeper and deeper into one of her depressions. She sat alone on the stage steps, staring at the scorch mark where her friend had blasted ff from. She really hadn't meant t say such a thing. She'd only gotten caught up in the moment, and it just slipped out. If she could have, she would have reeled the comment back, travelled back in time and slap a hand over her mouth before she even thought of responding Caligon's pacifist quip. Being a pacifist wasn't even that bad. Yet Eumi had cuntered by implying he'd assissted a massacre hosted by Royce's alternate personality, Johnathen...Eumi growled, swiping a hand through her bangs in frustration. This wasn't a school to bond the races at all. If anything, it was a dump for dumb, ungrateful misfits like her. And so, Eumi began the long process of ragging on all her stupid faults: cold feet, boldness that carried her too far, cowardice, a damsel in disstress complex, half-hearted flirtation, jealousy, and a lying streak. Eumi sighed heavily, wishing she had the guts to get up, fly to that damned paintball battle island and apologize to Caligon. She decided to go for a walk to clear her mind. She jaunted solemnly down the empty school paths, because everyone was excited to shoot one another with paint. All, except one. She wound around a curving path and glanced up when hearing voices. The pop in the air plugged Eumi's ears irritabley as that angelic secretary disappeared, leaving in and an old, human looking man alone. "Kin?" She greeted quietly, a solemn, apologetic smile on her face as she kicked her feet in the dust, hands in pocket. She was sporting an apologetic smile for everyone now. That's how she got in depressed situations like this. "I saw you spaz...or, get upset at the announcement. I guess both of us are opposed to the thing, huh?" She bounced on her feet awkwardly, eyeing the old man, and taking in Kin's features, still contorted in panic. "Mind if we talk?" she suggested for his benefit and hers.

"I'm sorry Royce you broke my bracelets and sorry I had to reign in...her" she muttered the last part as she held her hand out and allowed the magic to engulf her. Fire spread out of her finger tips as she peeked up towards Namihana and Shikori. So this is the side he never wanted me too see.... she noted with a small smile. She heard another student- she was about to growl and send the pesky nosy student away until she sensed this student was...kinda like her. Her eyes flickered towards Caligon unsure what to make out of him. She quickly glanced back at Royce her "first friend" she made coming to the island so far. " Ai'ght mate, what's the plan fully? I won't hurt them unless it's needed..." she questioned as she turned again watching Shikori. " Shiko-kun? Are you there? Are you alright? " she dropped her voice down not to startle him.

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Shikori looked up slowly, his pupils narrow slits as his dark violet eyes glowed faintly. "Anyone get the license plate on the car that's parked on my head?" he managed before his eyes rolled back in his head as he passed out, unconscious mainly because the binding seal, when it had broken, had drawn heavily on his inner strength. Fortunately he'd probably only be unconscious for a few hours at most. Namihana shifted slightly, not realizing her wings were flapping slightly as she stood shakily but nearly fell. "I feel like someone hit me with a Taser for a half hour non-stop," she said weakly, her deep violet-blue eyes glowing slightly as well, the pupils slitted. She felt like she was going to pass out at any moment. OOC -

Kin Tops
Currently: god knows where

Kin watched as the man berated the angel woman intensely for what seemed like forever. And to be honest it was kind of....cool. Not many people stood up for him to be honest, heck his own friends hadn't even checked up on him even though they haven't seen him since last night. So it was actually kind of inspiring to see the man get so upset over the way the school's staff was treating everyone, not just him. Ofcourse he was still frightened, and a bit unsure, but it seemed this man wasn't the bad guy he thought he was. They were teleported away again, Kin flinching a bit, but not fully freaking out. He looked around his surroundings and sniffed the air a few times, quickly realizing his house was nearby. He was about to make a break for it, but stopped when the man began talking to him, telling him to run off and that he wouldn't have to worry about seeing him again. For some reason his words made Kin feel kind of guilty, regardless he turned his back on the man. A few momments later he walked up behind the man and placed down a small origami deer at his feet, before running off for real. When unfolded the paper would simply read.
thank you
As Kin was making his way back to his house through the forest he nearly smashed into Eumi as she came around the bend. The boy quickly hopped back to avoid contact, and threw his arms up defensively, clenching his eyes shut tightly. It wasn't until he heard her voice that he lowered his guard and opened his eyes to see Eumi standing there, smiling at him apologetically. He returned her smile with a meek one, taking timid glances at her, but not keeping his eyes on her for long. His situation with Eumi was different from the others. She had tried to stop everyone from fighting, putting into actions and words what he could only think and hope for. In that way she was a better person than he was, because she risked herself to try to actually do something good instead of just running away. Ofcourse knowing that he wasn't afraid of her, more heartbroken. Her words about never letting humans in still rang through his ears, just as painful as they were the first time he heard it. She probably didn't even know how much it had affected him, but it did, a lot. Maybe that's why she looked so apologetic, still he wouldn't know unless he asked, but to be honest it was kind of awkward. After all how do you ask someone if they really curse ever meeting you or not? Kin nodded as she brought up the whole paint ball thing, and when he had a panic attack. However he didn't particularly want to discuss it. After all the way he saw it the reasons it was bad was pretty obvious. When she asked if they could talk Kin couldn't help but let out a small chuckle, though no sound actually came out.
sure, "talk"
he wrote, holding up his notepad and smiling, probably the first genuine one since Cole had ran out on him. To be honest he loved that joke, no matter how many times he did it, it was one of the little things that allways perked him up a little. He smile receeded a bit, but didn't vanish completely, as he gently grabbed onto Eumi's sleeve and began guiding her deeper into the forest, so that no one would hear them....her.
so ummm...what did you want to talk about?
he asked, holding up the notepad up to his eyes. He was curious as he and Eumi were probably the least close out of everyone in their "group" so to speak, so it was kinda odd with it just being her and him alone. Normally the awkwardness of being alone with a friend you allways hung out in a group with was bad enough, but everything else from the past few days compounded upon everything else made the situation a little uncomfortable, despite him being better than before.
"..........................................."
(to be honest I kind of lost interest for a while. Mainly because Kin's character wasn't going in the direction I wanted to. I just wanted him to be a carefree, happy person, but he ended up a paranoid, skittish, half depressed introvert, and its just not fun playing him that way. Sadly its not even the first time its happened with this character, as I used him before and the same problem came up. I didn't even know satelite was waiting on me to post, so I apologize for that. I'll see if I can salvage his character and rework it the way I intended)

٭٭٭٭٭₪₪₪↑↑↑↓↓↓∆∆→→→Eumi Isunden Dreldan←←←∆∆Eumi was relieved when she saw a reaction from Kin that looked like amusement. His face just lit up in a carefree manner and he quickly resorted to pen and paper to keep up. Eumi glanced at his quick, deperate printing, viewing his words appear on the page in a flash. He was certainly having a better time now. About what, she wasn't sure, until he scribbled on his handy dandy notebook and showed his response. sure, "talk"Eumi grinned and laughed as well. She was glad Kin had a sense of humor, especially after all that had happened to them. Besides her, Kin had been the only person last night who didn't cause harm to the entire student body. Sure, she felt horrid for accusing Calligon of genocide, but he hadn't been wholly innocent. Thinking about it made her smile tighten. She struggled to keep it on as Kin took her by the sleeve and pulled her a little into the brsuh, away from ny straggler's prying eyes and ears. Farther from the distinct school path, Kin halted and scribbled a note: so ummm...what did you want to talk about? He held the note below his eyes, staring at her curiously. Eumi bit her lip and averted her eyes, starng at the ground. Her eyes felt like they were on the verge of swelling with tears, but he swallowed the lump in her throat and took a quick hesitant sniff. "I'm not really sure," she said in a self-scoffing gasp. She wiped her eyes when she felt water in them. "I made a mess of things with Calligon earlier...I called him a murderer, and...And you heard about Royce's condition, right? It's all just so...overwhel..." She paused, as a hard lump closed her throat off mid-word. Her eyes reddened and she covered her mouth before a sad sound could escape her. Eumi shook her head in apology, feeling she had no right to complain to Kin when he was sorting trhough his own issues, but she couldn't help it. Her nerve was breaking down.

Kin was a bit reassured when Eumi laughed at his little joke. Perhaps what she said had just been in the heat of the moment, or at the very least she hadn't included Kin when she said it. However when he had asked her what she wanted to talk about her smile ceased, and he face looked pained, as if holding back tears. Seeing her like that caused Kin's ears to droop down, obviously this wasn't going to be a happy talk. When she said she wasn't sure Kin was half way through writing out a question to ask her why when she spoke up again. She had called Caligon a murderer? Kin averted his gaze a bit. To be honest didn't see him specifically kill anyone, he was too distracted by Royce and Shikori, so he honestly didn't know what to tell her as far as Calligon went. When she shifted the topic to Royce Kin reflexively flinched just at the mentioning of his name.
"condition? no, not really"
he wrote out. He sort of remembered Marcus saying something like that, but Kin hadn't been paying attention as he was preoccupied with the fact he had been kidnapped against his will. He watched as she started to break down somewhat, trying hard to hold her composure. Kin understood what she was going through, and seeing someone else going through it made it that much sadder. However Kin didn't break down again, or beggin sobbing, instead he gave Eumi a small, empathetic smile, and slowly pulled her into a hug. To be honest it was the best he could do for her. He couldn't whisper into her ear that everything would be allright, and her eyes were allready to blurred to read his words, so instead he just held her softly, at least letting her know she wasn't alone. A few tears were streaming down his face, but he had to admit it was better being able to cry with someone else instead of all alone.

٭٭٭٭٭₪₪₪↑↑↑↓↓↓∆∆→→→Eumi Isunden Dreldan←←←∆∆Eumi's eyes wam in tears, creating a temorary blindness. All she saw were mdges of colour, and as she blinked her pathetic tears as rapidly out of her eyes as she could, the demoness could only barely recognize Kin's form step forward. He reached forward. Eumi didn't see it, so much as felt it as his gentle hands wrapped themselves over her shoulders. Eumi took a startled, miserable, snotty breath and quivered her lip at him. Slowly, she raised her face to his purple head, staring vaguely at his eyes, her own violet strands of hair sticking to he face from tears. As if understanding, Kin suddenly pulled her stumbling forward into his arms. She tensed in his arms for a moment, distrcting of his sentiment for only a moment. She didn't know much about Kin, but he felt genuine. He was her opposite. She was dishonest with people, even herself, and she always regretted things and didn't follow through on things. That's why she'd been dumped here. Eumi didn't understand how anyone could stand her. Eumi must've known that her friendship with Calligon would also end eventually, though she hadn't wanted that. Her self pity brought her down to her knees, and with nothing to cling to but Kin, she dragged him down as well. Her knees fell nto the dirt, where she let it out all over Kin's chest. But there's someone right in front of you, stupid Eumi. The girl shook her head to her thoughts, smearing tears and mascara on Kin's shoulder. "Sorry, she muttered. She took a final, deep sniff and shoved Kin's chest away from her, accidentally pushing him over completely. "Oh, no, I'm really sorry," she explained, frantically clutching his arm and pulling him up with numb arms. She pulled him back up, a smile half crossing her face when she realised she could see by viewing Kin's slight puff of the eyes as well when she pulled him back up, so they were eye to eye. Eumi watched his gaze fodnly for another moment, feeling lighter thanks to him. Guilt still nagged at her, but at least she'd admitted it to someone. "Actually, thank you for letting me talk with you...You're more confident, I guess, than I thought-and don't get me wrong, that is a compliement." She smiled and glanced down, seeing his note book lying in his lap. "condition? no, not really" it read. Her mouth popped open. "So you don't know. Royce...It wan't him that did all that last night. Not really. He's got another peron n his head, Johnathan, and when his freinds are in danger, Johnathan came out. That was the psycho we saw yesterday. It wasn't Royce!" Eumi realized she was grinning at Kin, and how unconvincing her words technically were. The girl blew out a breath, kipping another apology. "It's all over the school. Damien verified it." She rested her hand upon Kin's lap encouragingly.

Kin smiled warmly and hugged onto Eumi. He could feel the sorrow in every tremble, every breath, every glance and sniff. It hurt his heart to see someone like that, maybe even more than when he was put in these situations himself. He held her tight, wishing he could tell it would all be ok, but he couldn't. It was times like these he wished he had a voice, wished he wasn't broken. It allways seemed like whenever he was doing something good, whenever he was about to help someone or find hapiness something came in and ruined it. And for all he tried to be nice to people it seemed like he all ways found a way to make those same people turn on him, to hate him. With Aura had tried to kill him for god knows what reason, Cole literally turned and ran out on him because of his own stupidity, and now because of his handicap he couldn't even comfort Eumi properly, she'd probably loose faith in him to. More and more it seemed to be less about outside forces meddling in, and more about his own failures, his own shortcomings as a person. Deep in his own self pity Kin was taken off guard as she suddenly dropped down and dragged him with her. He opened his mouth as if letting out a startled shout, but nothing came out of his mouth. That's when Eumi really lost it and started crying on his shoulder. Kin smiled sadly and gently stroked the back of her head nuturingly. By all accounts Eumi was a pretty pathetic sight to see at the moment, but Kin didn't judge her, after all he didn't have much right to, he had broken down just like she had on more than one occasion. He shook his head gently when she apologized as if to say "don't mention it". However his eyes widened as she suddenly pushed him off of her, hard, causing him to fall back onto the ground with a soft thud. He looked up at her as she apologized once more, and couldn't help but let out another muted chuckle. After all the heavy stuff a few moments ago, maybe a little slapstick wasn't unwelcome. Kin was a performer after all, so he knew a little tension breaking was important. For this reason he just smiled up at her warmly as she helped him back up, waving his hand as if to say it was ok. Kin looked back inquisitively as she just gazed at him for a moment, wondering if she planned to break the silence or not, as Kin really couldn't. When she thanked him for hearing her out he nodded, glad to help. He chuckled and blushed a bit when she said he was more confident than she thought. Kin didn't really take offense to it, after all he didn't really come off as the pillar of confidence, especially not recently. He titled his head when she glanced down at his notepad. Had she really not read it before now? He listened as she explained that it wasn't really Royce that did it, but some split personality. Kin probably didn't look as happy with the news as she had expected, as the boy averted his sad eyes away from her the whole time she talked, not really convinced of much. When she rested her hand on his lap and mentioned Damien Kin slowly picked up his notepad and began to write.
sorry...but to be honest that doesn't really make me feel any more safe. Less actually. Your telling me that someone can loose their mind and kill people, and then not get punished for it so they're free to do it all over again, just because it "wasn't them"?.....how am I suppose to feel better because of that? even if it wasn't Royce's mind, it was still his body, and he was able to kill so many people before anyone could do anything about it. What's to stop that from happening again? you said yourself he changes when his friends are in danger. So what? every time one of us is in trouble we have to witness another blood bath? I don't want to stay in a place where someone that dangerous can just walk around freely, heck he even gets special treatment, he gets authority over everyone. And why would someone with that kind of condition be allowed here anyways? He's still a danger to everyone, you can say its isn't his fault...but if he can't do anything to stop himself from killing people then why should he be allowed around people without any kind of restraint? We were brought over from the human world to try to make peace...so why would you bring someone who's mentally unstable into such a hostile environment? I'm not really smart but even I can see that's just stupid. Even you said yourself we should never have come here....all because of what Royce did
he wrote, finally "speaking" his mind on the matter. He wasn't just gonna pretend Royce wasn't still incredibly dangerous. He wasn't going to pretend the fact he could kill 30 people, then the next day be organizing a paintball tournament, didn't deeply disturb him. It was wrong. Even if it wasn't his fault that didn't mean he should just be let go scot free, what happened if someone accidentally hurt Aura or someone else while they were playing paintball? what's to stop anything from setting him off?
