Dementia blinked in shock. "Wait, did you just say that Sylas has friends? I didn't think that was possible. I want to see who he is friends with now. Its not fair if I can't!" She looked around as if he had left a trail or something for her to follow. "Help me find him."
Sylas was still walking the upper floors with the air of someone that was completely lost and didn't know where he was going or care too much anyway. He sighed and slumped down to sit against a wall, a feather in his hands spinning through his fingers. "I don't belong here... I think I am lonely...."

Aqua frowns. "Find who? Sylas, or Aviani? 'Cause Aviani's a girl."
Sere stalks down the hallway, glowering and in a bad mood. She pauses as she sees a little angel boy sitting on the floor, holding a feather. Grinning wickedly, she walks up to him, picking the feather up and staring at it, and then at him.

And there was the last thing that Dementia needed to see. "Oh wow.. Sylas has a girl friend!" She let out a whoop of delight and danced around. "THat is what he has been trying to hide!" She couldn't have been farther off but it worked for her mind anyway.
Slowly the angel boy looked up to see that someone had taken his feather. He blinked and bit his lip before speaking very softly. "Please, may I have that back? It was a gift." He wasn't going to lose his temper, but he was nervouos at the moment.

Unable to help it, Sei smiled back. He'd meant to see about finding someone who could tell him more about the apartments, but the boy's enthusiasm was infectious. "Okay," he answered. A little more time spent getting to know people here wouldn'thurt.

Avery jumped and cheered, doing a sort of weird victory dance. Then he flopped down on the ground, caught himself in a sitting position with his arms behind him, and his legs straight out in front. "Cool! Isn't that cool, Colette?"
Rime shook her head at his taking over. Given his choice, he would decide what everyone was doing in the room, and it would all involve a some sort of game. He didn't realize he did it, but Avery did tend to be a bit pushy, but not in a mean way. He just wanted everyone to enjoy everything as much as he did.
But, since Yume seemed to have gone off somewhere, she had no one to take the picture... and she had promised Ritsu, even if he didn't seem to be very enthused about the whole idea. She wondered if she should go back for the instruction manual, and figure out the timer.... Rime looked at the camera thoughtfully, and then looked down at Ritsu.
"Don't worry, honey. We'll find someone to take the picture. We're going to have something to remember this by, you bet!" She nodded once, confidently, and moved carefully over to the front desk counter where she could lean and not wrinkle the kimono as she looked through the menus.
Ritsu stuck like glue to her side, arms wrapped around himself, all the way to the desk. "It's okay, Rime-san... if nobody wants to take my picture..." He hadn't wanted his picture taken, but now, after being almost bullied into the whole thing, he was rather disappointed.

Sei glanced back around, frowning a little. Where had Yume gone, anyway? "Avery, could you hold on just a minute? There's a picture that needs taking."

"Aww...." Avery pouted, but nodded as Sei told him to wait. He wasn't very good at waiting, but he'd try... He turned to Colette. "Wanna set it up? Or didn't you want to do the puzzle? Maybe we should find Spiro, too... It's up to you, Colette."
Rime frowned as she slowly scrolled through the first couple menus. She wasn't very good with the camera yet, but she had a suspicion that the self-timer wasn't supposed to be this hard to find. She preferred her old SLR... She sighed loudly, and glanced down at the kid by her legs. She wasn't going to disappoint him, no way. Even if he wouldn't admit to being disappointed...

Yume looked around the room at everyone else had joined in. Smiling, she looked back at Sei. "See, I told you that you would like them." She smirked laughing lightly to herself as she watched the children play.

Rime jumped slightly, and looked up at Sei, while Ritsu scooted around behind Rime's legs again, peeking up at the older demon.
"Oh, I was, uhm... I was just looking for the self-timer... I don't suppose...?" Rime said a bit sheepishly, ending on an upward note that sounded hopeful. "I don't suppose I could drag you away from the puzzle for a couple minutes to get some pictures? I would appreciate it so much."
Ritsu emerged slightly, watching with round eyes, nibbling slightly on his lower lip.

Silvia walks in, holding Avani's brown hand as the girl looks around nervously. She had her thumb in her mouth, and one of her vines hanging over her arm. Silvia looked down fondly at Avani, then knelt down beside her, and gently nudged her in the direction of the other banir. "Go on, Avani. Go have fun and play. Who knows? You might even make a new friend while you're at it"
Avani nods slowly, then shuffles forward.
