it doesnt happen all the time, arent migraines more light sensitive and sound sensitive too? with the headache?

It varies from person to person. My migraines usually range from just a strong headache to full on numbness (usually my hands, tongue, and nose) and nausea. I'm not particularly light or sound sensitive, though it does help to lie down in a quiet, dark room.
You can tell if it's sinus or not by pressing down on either side of your nose, on your sinuses. If it aches, it's sinus related. If you don't feel anything but pressure, it's something else.

Oh yeah i know how to tell if its sinus, usually thats what i get. today was pain in the ears, sides of the head and back of the head. might still be sinuses might be migraine honestly dont know lol but it made me want to sleep all day. D:

-peeps in- Hello everyone!
I'm Katy! I'm super excited to be part of Nirvani Island!! I just got back into Harvest Moon and this was exactly what I was looking for 3nodding
But anyways, I was totally lurking on the topic, and I hate migraines too! I find that a cold caffeinated beverage helps keep it at bay if I can't get home right away to lie down.

@ Headaches; Sometimes caffeine of any sort helps. Or juice. Sometimes headaches happen when you have a drop in blood sugar.

@Princie: Yeah, when I get migraines (which I used to have so often when I was in 9th grade that doctor thought I had brain caner o-o ) I couldn't be near any for of light or else it just made everything 3 times worst Dx
@Katy: Hello! Welcome to the guild! Happy to know you're happy to be here o-o.
And I heard about that cafeine trick before... somethign about the blood pumping faster making less pressure or something-something. So, it would make sense! =D

I had an English teacher last year who loved Dr. Pepper. So every morning we had class, we'd all buy a can and drink it in front of him. 9w9 Such fun.
