Romero arrived to Calculus to find that, despite his missing practically the entire period, he was only the second student in the class. The only other senior to arrive was Bulgaria, who Venezuela disliked for their first awkward meeting. He sat a reasonable distance away from Anton as he took out his notebook and hastily made up as much of what he missed as he could. At the same time, he attempted to finish the homework assignment from last night.

Perhaps because he was doing two tasks at once, it seemed to Romero that this period was considerably shorter than it was supposed to be. Compounding that sensation was the fact that he had arrived very substantially late to class. The Venezuelan packed up his belongings a couple minutes after the bell and left for Science.

Trigonometric functions today; not a very hard concept in his mind, but there was Texas to think about, too. Sighing, California took out his notebook and attempted not to fall asleep as he resumed taking notes for his sister as well.

He added with a chuckle, clawing the air as if he actually were a cat. He chuckled when Mexi called him a cat when the bell rang, and he stood and said, "Yeah, I'm coming," then followed Luz Maria to Math. "That's so cool! How did I manage to be left out of all that action?" Georgia replied to Landon when he told of the exciting adventure of the previous night. He was quite jealous of the Californian, as he hadn't done anything interesting at all the previous day. When the period ended he followed Landon to Math class. He wasn't exactly happy to be in school, but he at least seemed glad to be going to such an easy class. Being the geek he was, he actually thought math to be one of the easiest subjects.[O.O.C.: Probably should have posted it in the science room, but I put it here.]
