Thank you, everyone! I have a new strategy to get the right memory for my upgrade - tomorrow morning will fuel up on coffee, have the url ready from my manual for when they try to sell me the wrong thing, and will ask for their manager if they insist on selling me the wrong memory. Or I will get the complaint procedure or find the BBB-for-the-web to make a negative report. In fact, that I can do now. I wonder about a complaint dept. for google for an incorrect search? Hmm... At this rate, I will have to pay extra and go thru a shop, if the online folks refuse to sell me what my manual says I need.
Sorry. But am frustrated.

maybe put it in the subforum, appreciation/donation thread to thank bumpers of the guild, people that dont bump here may not know where to thank someone right off, ya know if they dont have time to bump they dont have time to look around for a thank you thread, stick it in their face lol

I've always believed that the best way I know how to thank those who play my tank and bump my thread is to return the favor when they're glowing. And you know I do my best smile . So mutual thanks all around biggrin .
