Chakra Pool: 465 (385)~ AC: 14450 ~ Ryo: 3,400 Having been sent by the real Suzume to wait for Sypher, the shadow clone Suzume was sitting on a rock at the gates. Since he really was in the village, odds were good that he would have to pass by the gates. Or at least near them, the clone wanted to see Sypher as much as the real Suzume did. They might not of been as close as Sypher had been to Kein or Kyo, but he was still a friend that the swords-woman missed.

She paused momentarily to look back, staring back the way she had come. The impulsive urge to go back and immaturely give Kein a piece of her mind, as Dai had done to Yokai earlier, washed over her. She fought it down, her lips pressing themselves firmly against one another. It turned her red colored lips white. "Let's go home." She muttered, not trying to be insensitive to Yokai's situation but automatically doing so before she caught herself. He was leaving one home for another. Sighing, she looked him over. She couldn't act like she was walking on eggshells around him the entire time. It wouldn't be giving him credit. He was strong and had come this far. Most would have run away. Mi slowed their pace, in order to save energy and give her the time she needed to cross this odd Kumo landmark without falling.

Chakra Pool: 465 (385)~ AC: 14450 ~ Ryo: 3,400 Growing so bored with keeping a look out for Sypher, not knowing that the real Suzume had met with him, the shadow clone continued sitting upon her rock and waiting. However, instead of the man she had been waiting for, another person came to the gates instead. This person felt powerful... perhaps this was the Mizukage that Cloud had spoken of? "You seem stressed." commented the red headed clone, watching as the woman looked out over the various floating rocks that made up Kumogakure's gate. This clone was a little more relaxed and talkative than the real Suzume. "So tell me, are you the Mizukage?"

She jumped, slightly startled at the womans voice. Red eyes flickered over towards a woman with blazing red hair that matched her own. "Depends on who's asking..." Mi said, trying to regain her senses. Looking to the woman she cast her a curious stare. Was she patrol or something? "Not to seem rude or anything but who are you?" It was an honest question.

Chakra Pool: 465 (385)~ AC: 14450 ~ Ryo: 3,400 Raising a brow as the woman jumped, the shadow clone waited patiently for the other to spot her and then answer her. Far from worried at having started the possible leader of Kirigakure, especially when the woman did not seem cross, Suzume continued to sit on the rock, perfect posture aside from leaning back on her left hand. "Well, I am a shadow clone of Suzume Kinjo. Jounin and swordswoman of Kumogakure. She sent me here to keep a look out for Sypher... has she already seen him? Or do I still have to catch him on the way out?"
The shadow clone was not quite sure what to make of the woman. She did not seem strong, like a bukijutsu or taijutsu user, but considering there were shinobi like Kinpaku, looks could be deceiving. "What do you specialize in anyway as far as jutsu goes? You don't seem like a woman who uses her muscles... but for all I know, you could be as strong as I hear the Raikage is."

He was on his way out of Kumogakure for good. As she explained herself Mi seemed to recognize her a little more. Probably one of the people in the group from earlier. "Nice to meet you Miss Kinjo. I believe so..." Mi wasn't really the talkative type and settled into a polite silence, watching the girl attentively. At least she was relaxed. Mi wouldn't feel that way until she was in Kirigakure. At Suzume's next question Mi stared at her with a mild curiosity. When Mi had started her carrier as a shinobi she had done so with mind only to heal. Since then she had learned things that molded her to her job. Her specialty resided in her clans abilities but Mi didn't jump to tell everyone about that. "Mmm. It's a lot safer not to boast about what one is good at. Even to allies." Her advice was lightly despite Mi's reluctance to give her specialty.

Chakra Pool: 465 (385)~ AC: 14450 ~ Ryo: 3,400 So her real self had seen Sypher. That meant she could dissipate but the clone would not leave so soon. This woman seemed interesting, not to mention she was a kage, any information gained would be worth learning before disappearing. Smiling as the other remained vague about her abilities, the clone replied "Spoken like a true shinobi. I'm not quite as subtle I think. I don't brag, but I can't really hide what I mainly do with this at my side." Tapping the blade at her side, that looked fresh and new from the forge despite it having come from her father's old weapon.
"Since I know my real self might not ask any time soon and I have the chance, I have a request. Kirigakure is supposed to have some of the best swordsmen... or at least some of the best blades. I'd like to request permission to fight any of the skilled swordsmen in your nation. It will be non-lethal bouts of course. Or at least as non-lethal as they can be between two bukijutsu users. But I'd like to let you know and have your permission for such duels to happen if I stop by Kirigakure and challenge any of your shinobi."

It was true but then again a lot of swordsmen she knew were different. They used swords but came out with some of the most bizarre combinations of jutsu. Suzume then got down to what it seemed she had really been meaning to ask Mi. The Mizukage looked at Suzume with an appraising look. "I don't know what you are talking about... our blades are very normal but there are a many skilled swordsmen. I'm sure if you challenged them to a spar they would rise up to the request." No one was supposed to know about the blades. That mission had been covert and they were still being examined. The fact that Suzume knew about this was upsetting. There were only four other people, beside her Shinobi who knew about the blades. Kein, Dai and the two fugitives. She was sure that speaking about blades they wanted to acquire for themselves was not likely. Were Kein and Dai saying things they shouldn't? If that was the case she was going to have to go back and punish Kein further. As it was he was already kicked out of Kirigakure.

Chakra Pool: 465 (385)~ AC: 14450 ~ Ryo: 3,400 Glad to have permission to test her skills in Kirigakure, the red head's brow raised again at the other's comment on swords from her home nation. "Really? My father was a swordsman as well and had traveled to Kirigakure. He'd said that some of the finest blades he'd seen were there and wielded by the swordsmen of Kirigakure. Have the blacksmiths lost their skill?" The way the other had phrased what she said about the blades seemed slightly odd to Suzume. Yet she had written it off as just the way the Mizukage spoke for now.
"By the by... would it be alright if I knew your name? And would it be okay if I challenged you to a spar sometime in the future? I'm now curious to see just what it is you can do." Might as well see if that was possible. Kages were supposed to be the best shinobi in their village as far as she had heard. Whether this was true or not could be up for debate of course.

It seemed it had been an innocent question and Mi had been thinking too much into it. Good... "You'll have to see for yourself." Mi said, letting that serve as a sort of appeaser. At Suzume's request for her name Mi cracked a small smile. Everyone always called her Mizukage or Milady she had almost forgotten her own name. "Mi Young Roo. Nice to meet you." At the second request from Suzume Mi sighed. She couldn't promise the woman anything. As it was she barely had time to herself. "I can't make any promises." Was the simple line she left Suzume with.

Chakra Pool: 465 (385)~ AC: 14450 ~ Ryo: 3,400 Mystery and more mystery, now the clone was more curious. Certainly a trip had to be made to Kirigakure at some point soon. Even if the other could not promise a sparring match, she had at least found out the other's name. "Mm... well I suppose that's as good an answer as any, Miss Mi." Not a yes, but not a no, so there was still a possibility.
At this point, she probably could have left, but why not keep the Mizukage company? Besides, being friends with a kage was not a bad idea, or at least being an acquaintance on good terms. "You're a bit quiet it seems. If you spent time with the real me, I'm not sure how much talking would go on." mused the red headed clone. Then again, the other could be quite talkative when with friends or in a more comfortable and secure setting.
"But tell me, how's Sypher been in Kiri? Has he been making friends?" As far as the clone knew, Sypher and the real Suzume had not caught up on what was going on. They might not of had the time to. "If you don't mind me saying so, I wouldn't doubt if you've already taken a liking to him. Otherwise I don't think you'd been down here yourself and, from what my dog Cloud has told me, on his side when speaking with the Raikage."

She was getting antsy and wanted to hurry home. Looking back the way she had come she wondered idly where Yokai was. He had been with her when they had departed. Has she spaced out bad enough to where she didn't notice their separation. Suzume pointed out Mi's silence, the white haired woman tensing slightly. It was hard for her to communicate with people, especially people she didn't know. It was a bit of a sore spot for her."Forgive me. I did not notice. I am not doing it intentionally." Mi mirrored the woman's polite formality. Even though it had been pointed out she was too silent Mi lapsed into silence again, watching Suzume with a pinched expression of discomfort. She was aware she needed to make small talk but didn't know how. As Suzume mentioned Sypher, Mi's eyes darted around her, half expecting something to happen. 'Sypher' was dead and a fugitive. Kinpaku had settled the matter pertaining to him in discrete confidentiality. "Wasn't 'Sypher' the man who was reported killed? He's never stepped foot in Kirigakure so I am unsure of what you are talking about Miss Kinjo." Her red eyes danced as she played the ignorant game. Hopefully the red haired woman would catch on to what Mi was playing at, otherwise their efforts would be in vain.
