It's good, but at parts it's hard to see where the lady ends and the backround begins. Also, on the neck there's kind of a pluss where the "borders" of the shadding meets. The porportions on the face are really good, and I like the hair design though.

I think the transitions in the backround work out pretty well and it works pretty well on the face. The hair and neck kind are kind of noticable. If you could make the transition from the hair to the backround more noticable, I think it would be really good 3nodding

The hair is a bother, but until someone notices it, I don't mention it.
