Her heart raced as his fingers traced around her locket and as he did a light glow came to it as his ring came in contact with it,somehow with the enviorment and where they were adding on to the peace."I....I always wondered about that necklace of yours you know....it brings the best in you with the silver and opal and I wanted to always say this to you. Senente's faced turned redder than Raiku as the suspense of his delay was making it suspenful and exciting all at once as he clears his throat, "Well Rai....what did you want to say to me....whats with the hold up." He smiles and puts her in his embrace,"The thing I wanted to say to you was......such a pretty little necklace just like the girl who...." and he reaches over to her ear,"wears it." At that point Senente felt warm as he said such a beautiful thing to her that the fear that had been plagueing her the past few nights had diminished out of her mind. They walk for a few more minutes along the shore watching the moonlight reflect onto the waves as they moved in.

The water became red hot as Senente tried to reach for the cups and her hand slips dipping it right into the water,"Ow! damn it ow ow ow." she yells holding her hand from the burn.Raiku runs up to her as she held her hand,"Are you arlight Sen say something." he looks at her hand that was slightly pink from the burn,"Here lets get it under some cold water." he says as he ran cold water in the sink and goes to the freezer grabbing the ice tray putting them in the water to make it colder and puts her hand in it carefully.Senente flinches as it hit the water but after a couple seconds the pain started to numb away and she sighs in relief,"Thanks....sorry I should've been paying attention when I got the cup." "Its alright you were just too much in the moment to be happy so....we just learn from our mistakes but yeah...you should be alright now lets take a look." as he carefully took a look to see her hand starteng to come back to its normal color.

"There now....let me help with my cup and we can enjoy it together before bed we'll need all the energy we can get dealing with those kids."Oh Rai you know you love them a lot.....true they can be a handful but with the mint session tomarrow....it'll be fine." Once the cocoa was all done both of them sat on the couch sipping on it enjoying it before time came on and the effects of sleep were coming in and carefully Raiku picked up Senente asleep and went upstairs placing her on the bed and coming to bed himself watching her sleep and coming surcome to sleep himself.

Yuki stirs in her sleep as she slowly comes to realizing she was in the dark and not able to figure out she was actually in her room and grew scared,"Where...where an I?....am I in a safe place or..or-" she tears up not knowing what was happening and started to cry feeling her head ache from her injury and stir Hiroshi from sleep. He wakes hearing her and figure out she had woken up from being out cold and picked her up,"Its ok...its ok your at your house your mommy saved you and me from the bad man.....we dont need to be afraid." but as he tried to calm her she became more aggitated crying harder and he took her downstairs,he places her on the kitchen counter and reached for one of her plastic cups looking in the cabinets for a few things.

One by one Hiroshi carefully put in different plants from kava kava, valerian, and lavender into a paste giving it to her,"Its alright my mommy gives me this when fog comes and I cant sleep you'll feel better once you drink this and your pain will go away." She looks at him and to the glass thinking but with the pain in her head she was going to take anything and sipped on it slowly, afterwards he puts her on the couch waiting for the effects to sedate her and waits with her till she started to become heavy flopping into his arms,"I got ya Yuki....sleep well now that your pain is almost gone....you can finally sleep."

Quietly he carried her back up to her room back in the cover but as he tried to get in himself Yuki's fingers were wrapped in his night shirt as if she didnt want him to go and he smiles, his face turned red and turned himself around facing her just realizing he was actually close to the one he really liked however she wasnt really sure who she was clinging to but it made Hiroshi happy she wasnt crying anymore and was at peace which as he thought about she almost acted like her mother at times but in her own little way.

"Sleep well Yuki....your safe from harm and.....I will never let anyone try to hurt you again.....I promise that to you." he says as her fingers wrapped around his hand as he fell asleep. Morning started to come slowly lightly illuminating the island as the night sky started to disapper,everything was looking peacful till the loud buzz of the alarm clock bringing the peace back to reality.

Just as he finished getting dressed the tone in Senente's voice had that familier tone she had whenever a contest was around the corner, with her being one of the top pokemon coordinatoers of the world wherever a contest came near she was ready to win it giving it all she got.He looks at her table seeing a few photos from past contest and could see in her face how happy she was and knew she should be that way everyday and heads out checking the rooms seeing if the children were up, Senente was waking Everest but was surprised that she didnt see neither Hiroshi nor Yuki and was a little panicked."Rai have you seen them? I thought I heared Yuki crying last night but I was too tired and wasnt thinking straight did you wake them already." he nodded no and as she came down the stairs to get a little breakfest going and the lunches fixed. Just as she enter the kitchen she was spooked for a moment thinking an intruder was in there but instead smiles seeing it was Hiroshi and Yuki up on the counter munching on Oranberries,she figure one of them woke up and grew hungary knowing it was a school day. After the early hours everyone headed for school however Yuki was being more hyper than usual as she climbed on Senente,"Mommy your forgetting something today." but Senente had no clue and wasnt in the mood to figure out.

Everest remembered when Raiku asked the same question a week ago and knew the answer she had was good enough and raised her hand, Senente sees and points to her,"Mint: part of the Mentha family where the leaves can be used in not just culinary for a crisper taste but in remedies can be used for stomach aches and chest pains also a decongestent for colds." "Very good those are some ways to use it since its one of the several types of universal herbs and since were still in the culinary stage of the shapter were going to do a experiment with it making a candy with mint being the main ingrediant......so everyone find a partner and go into pairs."

Each child grouped together as Senente wrote down the instructions as Raiku watched,"Now its a simple clear candy ball I'm going to be looking for you can to make sure your mint is perfectly bleanded well that way when you taste it you dont bite into a piece of the leave and get a really intense mint on your toungue, luckly as an added point Mr. Hatchi is going to be tasting each of your candies for a score to see how you blended the mint with the other ingredients." Right there he looks at her in surprise but knowing Senente she had her ways to get after him even if he didnt do anything in the first part but to get a laugh, he huffs lightly as she smiled at him then looks to the class as they started looking to the board to double check. Hiroshi looked at Yuki who wasnt acting like herself since this morning.....as if she changed moods in a blink of a second glaring into space as if she wasnt caring what she was suppose to do before he snapped her out,"Ok we need to mince the leaves till its a smooth paste and add the sugar to the water till it boils......I can do the mint if you want since your nose is sensetive to it more."

She didnt beother to look back at him and taking that he started on the leaves picking them up and grinding them down. The classroom was intense with the smell of the students's mint paste that is was getting hard to even breathe so Senente had Raiku open a few windows bringing in some fresh,"You see now class with all this scent, Mint is good but too much can be intense to the senses so its important to watch your herb usage and how much." The two watch the class as they were getting close but Raiku was looking noticing Yuki and Hiroshi wernt talking with eachother like they normally did in class which got him curious,"Hey Sen...did you yell at Yuki or something shes not as talkitive than usual but more distant she wont even look at me when I stared at her." he asks whispering to her,Senente looks and see trying to figure it out as well.

"Well she asked me if I forgotten something and I ignored her from being tired but no I did yell at her today I dont know whats with her." Time ran out as the class asemble the candies they made as they came around to be scored, Raiku couldnt believe Senente was doing it to him but tolerated it as he testes each one which luck was on his side most didnt taste too bad that is when Hiroshi raised his hand,"Um Ms. Hatchi does mint make you itch?" she looks confused knowing really it didnt,"No its suppose to soothe itching what are you talking about?" He starts to scratch his arm as if he had a rash. Senente goes up to him looking at his arm closely to see it was a bright red.

Knowing Hiroshi would feel lonely with his mother gone for some time she didnt blame him for being scared and thinking about it got an idea,"Hiroshi I know its scary now but I promise to come back here, I'm letting you keep my necklace and with that I'll have to come back to get it and I'll be getting you as well." he looks at her as she hands him the necklace but he wasnt too sure,"But what if you forgot about me and your necklace when you come out from school? then I'll be scared and think you abandon me and also.....you still forgotten something explaining Yuki's behavior."

Senente felt his fear and tried to get it in his head it was alright however she was trying to figure out what he ment about forgetting something, she already forgotten her lunch at home but what else was she forgetting."I dont understand sweetie what else did I forget is it a reason she is glaring at me and Raiku most of the day and not paying attention in class." he nods to her and at that point she had no idea what the idea of an answer would be but as she looked at the time she had to get back before the class decided to rebel againt Raiku even if he was an assistant.

"Well then, I'll figure it out soon but for now you hold onto my necklace and sleep till the end of the day and I'll be here when you wake up I promise." Hiroshi smiles as he slowly came to the shot falling asleep still cluthing onto the locket, Ayume lays him on a bed,"The medecine will decrease any swelling in his mouth and skin but he'll be out for a little bit just in time for you to pick him up." "Thank you I shall be back here right after school like I promised."

As Senente walks back to school she tried to figure out the things she was forgetting but nothing was coming up from what she had in her mind set up like a schedule but nothing came up, she makes it back seeing the kids practice outside and goes over to Raiku."So Rai how is everyone doing on their accuracy?" "Well theres improvement however I cant get Yuki to participate when her turn came up she just laid by the tree watching the others practice and I marked her down but it didnt faze her....I dont know whats gone into that girl today I know shes rebellious but this is just as bad as Nasagah maybe even worse."

She looks and sees her laying on a high brach glaring at her as if she did something to her but it started to give Senente a sense of coldness and at this point didnt know what to think, there were many ideas like when Hiroshi went to the hospital but then she remembers that she acted like this before the inccident but probably get it to her afterwards once they got home but for the time being let her have her silent tantrum till school let out.

She was a little surprised hearing that and went by the kitchen,"I can make some tea for you it wont take to long....not long at all." and it was there that Senente thought maybe it was a little bit much just visiting suddenly. Hiroshi's mother comes back with a tray with a black looking tea unfamiler to Senente but being polite took it as they sat down, "Forgive me for not even saying my name...its Haruka and.....what you said there I only wish it was possible but Hiroshi's father Hayate was killed long ago when our village was raided. He tried to protect anyone he could but the army was just too much and..." her cup shakes in her hand as she tried to hold in her tears, Senente was touched thinking about it and knew that maybe with Yuki's ability to see the dead might bring something to Haruka.

"Mrs.Mokenami.....I can see you and your son are not from here with the talk and fear of a deamon slayer but your not alone.....Yuki and her little sister Everest are from the Shadow Realm just like you from the capital Lokchaos and from your markings you must be from Phamtrois not to far from there." Haruka was surprised she knew till she took off Yuki's headband revealing her moon,"I see now your kind to resue your girls from a realm plagued in war and death and give them a sence of hope and I meaning to be alive....you truly have a pure heart my dear but even with that it wont bring my husband back from where he is."

"You dont understand Yuki has a ability I never knew she did but I saw it first hand when she found my mother's spirit on the island we live on and brought her form to me....I can possibly do it for you as well." She kneels by Yuki with eyes of hope,"Dear little child...can you be able to find my husband Hayate? and bring him here to see us?....it would mean the world to Hiroshi if he could see his father again." Yuki looks up at Senente with a dull look but nods to Haruka as she looked around to see if Hayate's spirit was near running outside, shes gone for a few minutes till coming back with a small grey orb floating around her,"I found Mr.Mokenami....he was always with you when you left your realm watching Hiroshi grow and be happy...hes right here now."

Senente watched as Yuki's moon glowed and the orb formed into a white haired man in a meji era styled kimono looking just like Hiroshi if he was older.Haruka dropped her cup standing seeing her dead husband right before her and ran to him touching his face,"My love....its been so long and hard not having you with us but this child....she made it so I could see you again...I've missed you greatly." Hayate places a hand on her face,"True tis been many years since that war that took my life however since then I have been watching the two of you watching our son grow up being more like you with your gentleness and kindness, you are doing well with him and I'm surprised to see there are others among this realm like this little girl here. Hiroshi does know how to find the right ones and I do hope they'll be the best of friends....maybe even more in the future."

Hiroshi was waking from the shot and went by trying to find his mother but was stopped in his tracks as he saw the faded form of his father standing watching him,"D....d...daddy?...daddy!" he runs into Hayate's arms as he picked him up,"Oh Hiroshi my sweet sweet boy...I've missed you dearly since that day and I'm sorry for not being there when you started school but however, you can thank your little friend here for leading me and seeing your mother in the form I was remembered in...I'm proud at the boy you become and you'll be a great man in time." tears flowed as the reunion brought comfort to them and they stay for awhile till it was time for Hayate to leave knowing the time now was gone and promised to come when he was able to and fades back into the woods. Haruka watched as he fade and couldnt thank Senente anymore for what she did. A couple hours go by as they talked understanding more about eachother till Raiku decided to ring wanting to know where they were and Senente sighs but Haruka nods.

"You go on ahead your husband is just worried and I bet your other daughter Everest wants to know where her mommy is oh! before you go Ms.Hatchi," she goes into the kitchen bring out a small box giving it to Yuki,"Its something small but its also a part of your culture back in your home realm....something a little special for you my dear." Yuki opens it and she see a little cake shaped like a cresent moon with a dark glaze and looks to Hiroshi who hugs her giving her a surprised look,"Happy Birthday Yuki" and Haruka smiles.

She jumps at the loud noise clinging onto the couch but Senente bursts out laughing and Raiku and Everest came out from their hiding spaces as Senente got up,"Happy Birthday Yuki!" they all say together and at that point the blank glare Yuki had melted away as she smiles delighted that her birthday wasnt forgotten but made special for her and felt very happy. She runs up to Senente and Raiku hugging them both snuggling them and it made them feel warm,"Well now lets get ready.....you have many more things coming tonight." Raiku says as the doorbell rang.

Yuki looks around as Everest played with her and perks up as Senente calls her to the door,"Yuki sweetie you have a few more visiters for your birthday....I know you'll really want to see them all one in particular." as she went to the door she's scooped up and risen up high and a familier laugh was heared,"Oh yeah! my little sister is ten happy birthday little fox." it was Naruto being as rambuntious as he can celebrating, he runs around with her playing as the rest of the squad comes in which was even a surprise to Senente that Raiku had planned it and it brought more impression onto her and she smiles.

Everyone enjoyed the company as the children played with Naruto running around playing blind man's bluff and they laugh as Yuki ran in circles around him getting him to trip which gave the meaning of outfoxed to a new level,Kakashi looks on smirking,"I gotta hand it to you Senente even though the girls are not from this realm.....you raise them well and look your even celebrating a birthday almost like an aniversery bringing you to saying you had a year go on with them...as a family." The night went on and everyone came to the dinigroom where it was decorated with different sweets and a celebration cake decorated with several pokemon berries and her name in japanese which made her eyes glow vibrantly as the happiness and surrounding brought joy to her.....she felt the love of a family with a sister, brother, friends and most of all....loving parents.

The shine of the silver left a lumminating glow to its surface as the opals had a glow even to themselves,Raiku looked at her for a moment and as he thought his eyes were tricking him he was almost thinking he could see a transparent image behind Senente and gave him a spook....it almost looked like Shiro. "Rai is everything alright?...Rai?" she shakes his shoulders snapping him back into reality and he looks at her with a smile,"The moonlight can surely do things to the senses.....I almost thought....I saw something."

She was a little comfused for a moment but knowing him well he had odd ways of saying things at times,"Well whatever you ment to say I can tell you really mean you just love me a lot even in the moonlight.....I feel the same for you too." His face grew reddish as as her fave moved to his face and he embraces her making her a little red too,"Like I said before with the moonlight beaming on you its such a pretty necklace just like the girl who.....wears it and nothing less."

They hug watching the stars that were out dot the night sky along the moon....it was a sight they really felt together alone. Up in the house it was pitched black with a few beams of light coming from the windows,Yuki wasnt in bed just yet as she was playing on her bedroom floor playing with her hidden ghost 'friends'."You see guys one day maybe we can be a team and go into pokemon contest like mommy but....not now not just yet." Haunter levitated her doll around making its arms rub her cheek,"I mean we will one day but I dont want to with mommy in the contests as well did you see all those ribbons shes won, I saw her pictures and all the contest panphlets thingys and shes really good like the best in the world and the greatest anywhere....I know I cant do well if she does doing so many amazing stunts with her pokemon."

Shuppet hovers above her head sensing how down she was and whispers to Haunter, Gangar and Ghastly to make her happy.As she looked down in thought Ghastly rubbed on her cheey getting her attention but she looks in surprise seeing all four of them looking at her, they start to make faces at her stretching their faces so many ways all Yuki could do was laugh loud and they hover by her."Thanks you guys your the best friends I can ever have even if your pokemon or ghost....I love you all we are night friends forever." They taught as they were happy as all of them continued to play not really caring of the time.
