Arielle Shore
"Good night, Kedrick," Arielle responded just as soft, "Sweet dreams." As the lamp was turned off, Arielle glanced at Kedrick's sleeping form before closing her eyes and falling asleep herself.
Arielle closed her eyes even tighter, covering her face with the blanket when she sensed the light. "Five more minutes," she muttered sleepily, even though it was now no use to try and go back to sleep. She pulled off the covers and yawned, her famous bed head once again making its debut appearance. She smiled at Kedrick, yawning again, "Morning, Kedrick. You sleep well?"

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick Looked over his shoulder and his smile brightened as he saw her stir. He laughed softly, hooking the curtains into place by the brass hooks that had been set in the wall. "I slept fine thank you." He said walking over and playfully lifting a piece of hair out of her face. "And yourself?" Kedrick asked, still smiling, though concern was still hidden beneath his smile. He gently dropped the long strand of her hair back against her face, laughing quietly.

"I didn't have a bad sleep at all," Arielle said with a sleepy smile as she moved some of her hair out of her face, wishing she had a brush on her. "Not a single dream all not." Which was basically a lie, Arielle did dream, a nightmare, but it wasn't one of those where she woke up screaming. This nightmare just had her toss and turn all night, but ended in nothing but pitch black. Of course, she wouldn't tell Kedrick that. She had given him enough trouble already.
She took back her strand of hair that Kedrick had lifted and tried fixing it to the best of her ability. "Are you laughing at the state of my hair?" Arielle asked with a teasing smile as she lightly shoved him, "It's always embarrassing when you see this."

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick smirked lightly at her. "Don't worry about it, you look fine." He said tweaking the lock of her hair. He bent down, picking up the radio, the rest of the food, the water bottle, what was left of the chocolates, and the pillows. "Would you say no to some breakfast?" He asked, looking back at her with a smile. He frowned slightly, staring at the doorknob. "Now what am I going to do about this?" He said, looking down at his full hands and back at the door knob. He stepped back a pace, and to Arielle's surprise stood on one foot and placed it on the door knob with a grunt. He wobbled unsteadily for a moment before pushing down on the handle and allowing the door to pop open. He sighed, his foot dropping to the ground. He knew it would have been just as easy to ask Arielle for help, but he had been curious to see if he could do it.

"If you say so," Arielle said with a small shy smile. She still thought she looked embarrassing with her hair looking ridiculous, but if Kedrick was alright with it, then she'd just have to take his word. At the thought of breakfast, her stomach growled loudly. "Actually, I'd say yes to breakfast," was her response as she watched Kedrick pick up the remains from the night before. I wish we could do that more often, she thought with a small smile before looking up at Kedrick when he said something as soon as he got to the door.
She was about to offer her help when she saw him use his one foot to open the door. She didn't think he'd be able to do it but was surprised when he was actually able to open it. She stood up quickly and walked a few steps towards him. "Kedrick, you need any help?"

Kedrick Suwa
"Uhhh...." Kedrick said, looking at the now open door, he wasn't sure if he was going to fit. "Actually....yes...here, take this." He said trying to shuffle the comforter into her arms, it was a bit of a trick but her got it to her after a moment. "Okay, down we go!" He said with a smile. The two of them walked, full-armed, down the hallway and down the long flight of carpeted stairs. Kedrick felt his bare toes sinking into the shag carpet, it was a pain to vacuum but it felt so nice at times like this.

Arielle nodded, opening her arms up as Kedrick placed the comforter in her arms. She nodded and followed after him, silently wishing you could have stayed in the library a little longer, but her thoughts about what to make for breakfast distracted her from that longing.
"We've got a busy day today, Kedrick," Arielle said in a somewhat distant manner, "We have to go to the hospital and see how well your sister is doing. As well as the fact that you have to introduce me to the other six." She paused with a smile, now again excited for meeting more of Kedrick's family. "Oh! And we can't forget to reserve a reservation at the new Japanese steakhouse for tomorrow after school. Wow... I sound like a wife making a list to her husband, or my grandmother making a list of plans for the day to my grandpa, who sometimes just wants to watch the game." She laughed when she said that, picturing the memory perfectly.
She knew she didn't mention about the meeting with Jonesy. She knew it was still on both of their minds, but why bring it up now? I wonder how worried Kedrick is about this? she added in her thoughts as she continued walking with Kedrick.

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick smiled up at the ceiling as he walked, he was glad that Arielle wanted to meet his family, and he was looking forward to seeing how Athena was doing...and dinner was definitely a plus. "Don't worry," He said, his gaze still drifting across the ornate ceiling. "I'll call about our table as soon as breakfasts done, then we can go see Athena and the rest, I'm sure you guys'll get alo-AHHHHHH!" Kedrick was suddenly cut off as a tripped over a wrinkled section of the thick rug. He rolled over once, landing with his head on the pillows he had been carrying, looking up at Arielle. Kedrick stared at her a second, then allowed himself a slightly embarrassed laugh. "I uh...I guess I should watch my feet and not the ceiling..." He muttered, rubbing the back of his neck.

Arielle smiled, nodding in agreement with what Kedrick said. She stopped walking when she heard Kedrick fall, dropping the comforter and running to him. She only shook his head and gave him a small smile, "You honestly do need to be more careful. It's good that it wasn't anything that could really hurt you."

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick smiled weakly up at her, sitting up and rolling onto his haunches. "yeah, I guess so..." He said picking up the many items and continuing down the hallway. He made a quick pit-stop to drop off the radio and the CD's in the den, dropping the several pillows on the over-stuffed couch. "Alrighty then, too the kitchen." He said turning back to face Arielle whom he had left standing the the doorway. Kedrick smiled playfully at her, stepping past and the two of them walked into the kitchen.

Arielle smiled back and went back to pick up the comforter before continuing to follow Kedrick like before. She stopped when Kedrick made a stop at the den as he dropped off some of the things. She wasn't sure if the comforter had to go in the den so she just stayed where she was standing, holding onto the kitchen. Nodding, she followed Kedrick to the kitchen after sitting the comforter on the couch in the living room, and looked inside the fridge to see what she could use for breakfast. "What do you want for breakfast, Kedrick?"

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick looked around the kitchen, with a slight frown. "We have English muffins...but that's not much of a full breakfast... I think there's some sausage in the freezer and I know we have eggs." He glanced back over at her, a smile touching the corners of his lips. "We could make a kind of breakfast sandwich." This seemed like a good idea, shopping would need to happen soon anyways though. " Arielle, I'll let you handle getting breakfast pulled around, I'm going to call about tomorrow's dinner and then catch Dimitri up on our plans." Kedrick picked up the phone, paused to gently kiss her cheek and then slipped out of the room.
After the call to the Japanese restaurant, Kedrick punched Dimitri's number into the phone, hearing it ring. Once...twice.. On the third ring Dimitri picked up. "G'morning." He greeted unceremoniously, his voice still groggy from sleep. Kedrick smiled at his friends voice. "Morning. Don't tell me you just got up, it's 9:45 in the morning." The was a staticy pause. "Uh...yeah...that's about the long and short of it..." Kedrick allowed himself a short laugh. "Okay, I just called to let you know that Arielle and I are planing on doing the dinner tomorrow night, I just set up our reservation for six o'clock." Kedrick paused, it felt silly making planes for tomorrow when today looked so black. " Yeah...sure.." Dimitri said slowly, sounding uncertain. "Hey...Kedrick, you okay? You sound kind of funny... I know I'm normally the unstable one, but...Are you alright?" Kedrick was almost taken aback by Dimitri's concern, Dimitri was normally very insensitive and oblivious to the subtle tones in someone's voice. "Huh? Yeah, I'm fine" He said with a week smile. "'Kay...just checking..." Dimitri said suspiciously. "Don't...you know....get hurt or anything..." This time, Kedrick didn't have to force his smile. "Okay, love you buddy, see you tomorrow." He said and hung up, walking back into the kitchen.

Arielle Shore
Arielle looked around the fridge and did see the eggs, plus some cheese as well. Was it already time for them to go shopping? She smiled at the idea of making a breakfast sandwich, "I haven't had one in awhile, let's just hope I don't mess up." Even though they both knew that the answer that it was highly unlikely. As she was pulling out the eggs and cheese, Kedrick mentioned going to make the reservations and to let Dimitri know. A light blush appeared on her face as Kedrick kissed her cheek before leaving to make the calls.
She sat the eggs and cheese out of the counter and looked in the freezer, pulling out the sausage and waited for them to defrost just a bit before she cooked them. Pulling out a bowl, she opened the eggs and starting cracking them, thinking that making double the amount that they'd eat if it was just the two of them would be enough, then beating the eggs. As she was doing this, she hummed a small little tune, trying to lighten up her spirits from the fear she felt inside.

Kedrick Suwa
Kedrick just stared at the phone a moment after he hung up, if it had been that easy for a normally insensitive Dimitri to tell how panicked he was just by his voice, Well, it was all Kedrick could hope that it didn't show on his face. He walked back into the kitchen, smiling at her. "Looks good." He commented, leaning over her shoulder to where the eggs where now frying in the pan. He walked over to the bread basket and pulled out the English muffins, cutting two of them exactly in half and putting them in the toaster. "was everything there?" He asked, referring to the ingredients for their breakfast sandwiches.

"I feel like you say that for anything I make," Arielle said with a small smile, not even bothering to look up. When the eggs were about halfway done, she looked up at Kedrick, who was taking care of the English muffins and nodded. "Yeah, the sausage is sitting by the sink. I thought I give it some time to defrost before I cooked it," Arielle answered, looking back down at the eggs, "That is, unless you want to take care of them?"
