Oh my. I really should get online more often... It seems as htough there has been a bit of a squabble between some guild members. And what astonishes me is that it's over a picture. Really, a picture and how some one looks in it? I thought you guys here at Loli Dollies would have more common sense as to make stupid remarks and keep going on about nothing, really.
Now, I'm sure most of you wish that I do not further venture down this path for you do not want to hear more on this subject. Yet, I feel like I must add in, or it will bug me for the whole week. Elegant Gothic Lolita/ Aristocrat. I do believe being even somewhat EGL or EGA also means that you have manners, respect and sincerity most of the time. Yes, there are occassions in which you do not need to act like a proper person, but really. Calling each other 'fatass', 'b***h' and such isn't going to fix anything.
I do agree with those that cloudyhead really wasn't all 'lolita' in that picture, but she still looked cute and down right decent, right? The whole Hot Topic thing really is silly. Sure, some of you guys can afford BTSSB and Meta, but there are us girls and guys out here that can't, so HT/Thrift store things are the closest thing we can get, unless we can sew very good. I especially can relate. I come from a middle class family and have only a bit of sewing expiriance. So, I only own a few things that could be considered even 'CasualLolita' at the most.
I also agree that cloudy didn't have to go all out. It's only a convention, I mean. And, this is called Guild Member's Picture Post. Not Guild Member's Hardcore Lolita Picture Post. You're pictures don't even have to be lolita in the slightest, as long as they're of you.
I am sorry if I shouldn't have posted anything further on the subject and I know a few people on here might thrash out at me for doing so, but I tried to state my own opinions as respectfully as I could. I hope that matters. I hope that this can help some people, though it may not. I've always thought that this was the best EGL/A guild out there, but now I'm having my doubts. I shall not speak more on this subject. Thank you for listening.

I'd response longer about it, for I mostly agree with it, but then it might be considered spaming...

Ndoki I really only have one new image of me, which is once again not lolita in any way really. sweatdrop Anyways, my new 'do for my halloween costume (which I'm still waiting to get the pics back for).  Also I'll include one of my pumpkin since I'm so proud of it, it's just a webcam pic though so it's REALLY bad. Clickie!

If so, I am gleeful! xD I haven't found but only one other person who knows who Rasputina is and/or listens to them. ^-^
On the other hand, if you just know about it, that's okay too. I'm only saying something because this is one of my very favorite bands. <3

not that anyone really wants this brought up yet again but i have to say it...
lolita is more then a way of dressing--its a lifestyle...so honestly everyone here should have manners and be polite, not to pick on anyone but especially before anyone decides to act all lolita-elite and whine about fake lolitas...
and please if you dont have anything nice to say dont say it...not just for this post but for all posts, i may not be a mod but its rather dissapointing to have just joined a guild and find this sort of thing going on..
sorry for having to bring it up -.-
