Amora shrugged, "I'm stirring pasta." She said with a half-hearted smile. It was clear she wasn't enjoying cooking as much as her brother.

Eternity glared at Harth, "My family isn't any concern to him or you." She stated bluntly, "They don't even know anything of my bargain, so leave them be."

Amora smiled brightly and kissed her father happily. She hummed softly as she thought about diving into the pool from flight. Her brother also smiled and went on with his work. Faith sighed happily, "They really are different from eachother, but they get along so well."

Eternity glanced away, "He knows nothing. And he isn't my step father, they haven't married." She clarified. Part of her still hoped her father would return to them, even though she now cared about Marcus and his sister. "And no matter what happens, I'm bound by my word. I'll return if I can't appease my lord."

Faith chuckled and ran her hand up and down his chest, "I could use some fresh air." She whispered playfully. "Yeah! The forest is so pretty!" Amora said excitedly, having overheard.

"Because they won't know." Eternity replied bluntly. "As far as they'll know, Adrian came and stole me away again. My mother can't follow me to Hell, and I doubt Markus has that sort of power either."

"But father!" Amora pleaded, taking his hand in her two small ones, "I don't need a nap! Pleeeeaaaase take us with you!" Faith chuckled lightly at the situation and patted Amora on the head, "Mind your father sweetie."

Eternity averted her eyes. She had silently hoped the time difference between hell and earth would have given her more time. She looked back up into his eyes, her own dancing with shadows. Young woman or not, she could be just as fierce as her father, whom had once been a great general and Lord in hell. "What would you suggest I give our Lord anyway? You know his mind, he needs nothing, but what doesn he want?"

Amora pouted, "When I'm grown, I'll never nap again." She said decidedly. Eros just continued with the food, staying out of the argument. He happened to like naps, they were relaxing.

Eternity grit her teeth, "They aren't mine to offer!" She growled. "How can you even suggest such a thing? They are children!" She felt a sickening pit in her stomach. Her siblings....could set her free...part of her wanted it so badly that...She growled. That was a side too dark to listen to, her own inner demon.

Amora shook her head stubbornly and grumpily went back to her pasta. Eros grinned and nodded as he layered the chicken onto the plate and turned off the stove. Faith laughed lightly and kissed her daughter's head. With that she turned to Markus, "We should get Eternity and Bella."

Eternity clenched her fists, "That doesn't change that they aren't mine to offer." She put bluntly. "And even if they were, they are a large part of the reason I wish to stay, it'd be against my own happiness on Earth to do such a thing."

Faith nodded and started towards the front door. She paused and kissed him softly in passing, gave him a wink, and continued by. She hummed softly to herself as she left the kitchen to go fetch her daughter. Amora and Eros helped Markus set up for their meal.

Eternity was about to open her mouth when she noticed one of her minions sprout from her shadow. "I'm busy." She growled. The little shadow creature spoke in hisses and whispers too low and harsh for others to hear or understand. Eternity's face turned pale as the little demon bowed, "I've made no such order!" She shouted at the demon, the shadows of her eyes dancing with anger. "Stop them!" She ordered, but the little creature hissed and hushed without moving. Then, it bowed and vanished into darkness. Her eyes welled up with tears, "No..." She whispered.


In the kitchen, as little Amora stepped forward with her pot, a dark hand grasped her little ankle. She shrieked as it pulled her into her own shadow. "Father!"

Eternity gripped her hands in tight fists, "They misunderstood our conversation. They are taking one of my siblings to our master." She went to the edge of the room and felt her heart pounding in her chest, "I have to stop them." She left out into the air, letting out a mournful cry as the wind picked her up.

Faith heard Markus yell and didn't stop to ask questions. Where was Bella? Her room? She saw Eternity flying down to join them already. She shouted up at her to help Markus, that something was wrong, then ran to find Bella, banging on her door, "Something's happened!"

Another hand reached out of Markus' shadow, a long arm stretching out and taking hold of Amora's little wrist. She screamed as it pulled her, trying to wrench her from her father's arms. Eros growled and tried to bite the hand, going straight through as though it were made of mist.
