Yeah, pretty much, each Pokemon has a random number from 1-31 for each of its stats. Those are the IVs. the higher the number, the better the stat. So if you have a 12 IV in attack, it will be weaker than a Pokemon of the same species/nature with 31-IVs. Tell me if you're following. lol

Kenji Kim Yeah, pretty much, each Pokemon has a random number from 1-31 for each of its stats. Those are the IVs. the higher the number, the better the stat. So if you have a 12 IV in attack, it will be weaker than a Pokemon of the same species/nature with 31-IVs. If it matches, you're in the right range. then Max the EVs for the stat.. and have a Wi-Fi battle with it at 100. If the stat is equal to the maximum stat of the Pokemon, then the IV is 31 for that stat. =]

Kenji Kim It's not complicated once you get over the whole "WTF are IVs" phase. AND... I got both. lol I lost a paycheck on them though. I haven;t opened HG. I don't think I'm gonna use it.. lol. Just gonna keep it too have them both.. xD xDD I can completely understand that. xD Well, you CAN send it to me! =D to Ohio... which might be far. Never mind. x: I'm thinking about making a team full of walls just to annoy my friends. Got any suggestions? I already have Tangrowth and Umbreon. xD
