Aideen Hyuuga  ミストのブラインド娘 Hyuuga Bloodline| Academy Student| Taijutsuist Aideen had to tilt her head done. Not only did this jutsu hit her forehead, doing absolutely nothing as she wiped it away, but the kunai bounced off her metal mask, dropping towards the ground. She was sure the water on her head was more sweat than jutsu. That was close, but I'm not dying yet! "Byakugan!" A kunai at point blank range was deadly enough to consider it an advantage, death wasn't really a plan, she could have let it hit her, or she could not have, it was a matter of how to procede that counted. She moved her leg down towards start, no way was she falling for a cheap trick like that. Being a speed ninja, she snatched up the kunai and ran behind Riku. She swiftly created the handsigns and did her first jutsu. "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu!" A clone formed, took the kunai and charged forward. She weaved a second set of handsigns for her second jutsu, Riku wasn't a speed ninja from her guess so he couldn't do two jutsu in a row like that, meaning he'd be off guard. "Mizu Soujuu!" Water from the bucket in the class sped forward and heated up quickly, aiming towards his face, it was burning hot so it'd sting a lot. She took it from the classroom since it'd also throw him off guard. She had the perfect plan set up, but it could still fail. She ran forward too, drew her kunai and aimed to remove his throat next.

Aideen was fast, but Riku was far from slow himself, and unlike his opponent he did not need to bother with two handed seals. While she was busy making her clone and attacking, Riku's image suddenly split into eight, all of them forming a circle a few feet from her and her clone. As all of her attacks simply went through an illusion, all of the Riku's spoke in unison. "Clone Jutsu. You aren't very bright, are you? You should know I won't let you close your distance to me so easily after you've already foolishly revealed your powers." They all reached into their kunai pouches and drew three kunai with explosive tags attached around them. "Byakugan. I've only heard rumors of it, but from what I've heard their ability to see through objects is quite remarkable. Let's give it a test to measure how well you use it." The Riku circle simultaneously dropped their kunai's to the ground, where they stuck into the earth. "For all of its sight, can your byakugan really tell which is the real me? Be careful though. Most of the kunai explosives are fakes but one set is real. A mistake could mean your life." Again Riku focused his energy as him and the rest of the clones formed a single seal. They were ready to trigger the explosives at any time, and a slight upperhand in speed wasn't going to be fast enough to maneuver around them or destroy them before the tags could go off.

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist The clone of LT sat down on the edge of the small area to watch the fight, both had very unusual fighting styles that LT could not quite place. He hadnt met many Hyuga so he did know much about him, but Riku... LT knew what Riku was doing, or that he saw it some where before, but he couldnt quite place it...

Aideen Hyuuga ミストのブラインド娘 Hyuuga Bloodline| Academy Student| Taijutsuist Aideen looked around in a complete circle quickly, only spotting one chakra signature, meaning the rest were fakes, shams, illusions. Aideen didn't move, thinking about the best course of action. She thought again and figured it oout, illusions can't affect reality, their kunai were automatically fake, which meant only the real Riku could even possibly have explosive tags. She threw her kunai towards Riku's 'fake' explosive kunai, he apparently wasn't thinking things through. Unless she was really blind, she'd located him and the tag, but would it explode was all a matter of luck. Not only would Riku be damaged, but she wouldtoo so she doubted he'd really have a note here, and since when do academy students have explosive tags anyway?

When Aideen threw her kunai at the explosive ones Riku had at his feet, he knew then that she'd figured out he was the real one. "Glacier Image." he muttered as kunai made contact with the explosives and detonated. The entire area exploded with a fiery blast, blasting Riku along with Aideen and her clone. However, from amonst the rubble of the blast only a half-melted ice sculpture of Riku's head rolled away. The real Riku suddenly stepped out from behind the LT clone. "You should always save your best cards for last." The temperature around him plummeted as his eyes seemed to gain an icy blue glow.

(( I wonder if they keep track of how much chakra they have left. In our fight, I only had 1 chakra point left and I needed one more to use another jutsu crying ))

(( If you don't have a clan/bloodline then you can only use 2. Check out the Chakra system folks. I doubled checked before I did any jutsus.))

But the blast almost knocked LT back and caused LT's skin to burn a little, too bad he was a clone though, but he was impressed by the explosion. The sitting LT turned to face Riku, who was behind him. His eyes wide with a surprised expression on his face. "Hyoton...." There was a short silence, "Ok you two, i think you both have done very well, you may both head to Mizukage's Office to take your exam. Understood?"

Riku respectfully gave a short bow. "Understood." he simply muttered before walking away from the area. The temperature returned to immediately after he was gone.

She headed for the mizukage's office, just noticing how warmed it'd been before, Riku took the term cold blood to a whole new level for sure.[/exit]
