 ╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler was content to just allow Tyler to keep holding her for the rest of the night without a word in response to her question. It was nice however, when he decided to break the silence. She didn’t want to hear the entire thing, it broke her heart to hear that a friend of theirs was in the hospital, just as she had been not too long ago. Schuyler remembered the day vividly and shuddered in the thought. Poor Beck…she didn’t deserve to be put in the hospital. She was such a nice and caring girl, so happy and spirited all of the time. Schuyler heard the break in Tyler’s voice and felt a sharp pain go right through her chest. Schuyler couldn’t stand having two people she cared about be in so much pain as they were in now. She soothingly ran her fingers through his hair, gently whispering sweet little nothings into his ear, trying to get her loved one to calm down.
”Don’t worry Tyler…she’s too innocent and caring to have anything extremely bad happen to her. She’ll be fine, trust me.” Schuyler whispered to him, not moving so that he could at least feel a little bit better. Schuyler felt so helpless, it aggravated her.

 Tyler Del Mauro
Tyler stared into her eyes as he watched his pain being experienced by Schuyler. It killed him to have his friends feel and suffer when he was hurt, it was why he barely showed any emotion to them at all when it came to that. He truly didn't want them to be hurt because of him. Her hand in his hair and the sweet little whispers in his ear helped him a bit, Sky was amazing, despite Beck having come between them she still cared for Tyler even when he was crying over Beck.
"I know, I know... I just... she's already lost her mother and... I just don't want her to suffer anymore. She doesn't deserve the pain she has had inflicted on her." He whispered softly and kissed her tenderly on the lips. "Thank you Sky... I'm sorry you have to see me like this..." He told her softly and held her there. "Do you mind terribly... if we call tonight over?" He asked with a nervous sigh. "I just figure before anything else can happen we might want to turn in for the night." He whispered weakly.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler knew that Tyler felt for Beck, she knew that he was completely in love with Beck. She sighed and knew that things were most definitely over now. Beck was sick with something that was bad enough to send her to the hospital and she felt bad for the girl. She could have sworn that she had given luck to Beck to make her feel better but maybe it was just too close still to the day where Schuyler’s power just wasn’t strong enough. That made her sad, knowing that she wasn’t even strong enough to help her friend out. Schuyler took her hands away from Tyler and stood still as his lips found hers. She gently kissed him back even though she felt awful inside for everything she KNEW she could have prevented. Had she not sought after Tyler then Beck would be fine, if she didn’t even come to Canterbury then all would be well. Schuyler took a fraction of a step away from Tyler and gave him a rather half-watt smile.
”Feel better Tyler.” Schuyler whispered to him and turned away from him. She stopped for a moment and turned back to him.
”I’ll just sleep downstairs on the couch or something….get some sleep.” Schuyler finished before walking out and finding her way to the couch.

Tyler looked into Schuyler's eyes and noticed a sadness to them as he sighed softly. Her loving touch became cold and weak, he had done it again, he had screwed up with the woman he loved with all his heart and soul. His relationship with Beck was different than his with Sky and he right now the two always seemed to clash. Had it been earlier that night Sky would have clinged to Tyler and stayed in bed with him.
He followed her downstairs and sat down on the arm of the couch. "I'm gonna say somethings you aren't going to like at first but you are going to have to hear them eventually...." He told her as he looked at her with a sigh. "Despite whatever you may think is with me and Beck, it isn't. The two of us, are like family... we are family. We've been together since before we knew men and women loved each other, and in her case woman to woman as well. I had been there when her mother passed, I was there everyday until she could start being herself again. I beat up men when she was a nude model for a college who gave her too many learing looks. I was her wingman, when she was looking for a girl, and her fake boyfriend when men were looking for her. And you know what, everytime she and I had to share even the realist looking kiss... there was no magic, no spark, it was like kissing my sister, only without the mortal sin and guilt.
I don't feel that way with you, when we kiss my lips feel like a fireworks display went off in my mouth, my body tingles with excitement and energy, I want to feel that in my life... I don't want to go without you Sky..." He took a deep breath and went back to the stairs. "That's all I wanted to say.... that and.. I love you." He whispered and started up stairs to his bedroom and bed.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler sat quietly as he spoke of his interesting relationship he had with Beck. It was sweet and caring and made her at least glad that there were still good people in the world. She said nothing when he spoke but in her mind, she practically screamed the words ‘I love you’ back to him. Tyler turned his back on her and walked up to his bed again, she could hear his movements upstairs and waited until they ceased. When they had, Schuyler got up off of the couch and silently padded upstairs after him. Her back pressed against the cool wall that had led to his room and she waited for a moment before everything settled. Schuyler poked her head inside and found him in bed, she smiled brightly, could he see her? She silently moved so that she was beside his bed and took his hand in her own.
”I love you too Tyler.” She said very simply before sliding under the covers.

Tyler laid in his bed the only light coming from the moon outside through the cracks of his blinds. He was hoping Sky would have stopped him, screamed I love you back, but maybe for a moment he was wrong, maybe this time he said the wrong thing too much and she was really going to leave him. He had not seen her by his bedroom door, or heard her come up his stairs. His hand reached up and turned out the light before she had entered the room. As he started to fall asleep he felt his hand being grabbed, the love you in the dark and the warmth of his love by his side. "I know you do Sky, because you are willing to keep leaving the man you love in order to make more people happy than yourself. And that's what I love about you, you always care about everyone else." He smiled at her brightly in the dark and kissed her lips, his arms wrapped around her and she was half on his, half off him but completely under the covers with him. "Goodnight, Schuyler." He whispered and held her around the upper back and waist.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler smiled when she felt Tyler's noted strong arms wrap around her body and hold her close to him. She felt warm and calm after that, even after what had happened previously. She closed her eyes and rested her head against Tyler's chest and listened to the steady rhythm of his heart. Schuyler lifted her head up to return his kiss to the lips and ran her hand over his chest rhythmically, almost in a trance. She felt suddenly too tired for her eyes to stay open any longer and she closed them to give them a rest.
"As long as you're happy I don't care what happens to me...." Schuyler whispered after stifling a yawn.
"Goodnight Tyler...I love you." Schuyler snuggled closely against Tyler's body and fell into a comfortable sleep with his protective arms still around her body. She felt so fragile and girly with his big arms around her, that made her happy. Schuyler was able to sleep while smiling.

Tyler laid there in the dark of his room, as he had done many times before yet again, a beauitful person close to his heart in his arms. There was always something that kept him awake longer than the one he slept with, Beck, Amanda, Athy, and even Sky couldn't knock him out with her. Though this time he had an excuse, even with Schuyler's rhythmically stroking his chest he couldn't fall asleep. "Goodnight Sky... I love you..." He whispered as he laid there listening to her breath, feeling her breath on his arm he sighed softly.
The darkness in his mind and room painted him a picture of his friend sleeping alone in a bed, trapped at a hospital. He had a pain in his stomach and heart as he feared the worst for his best friend. When he knew Sky was asleep he let one of his arms up and for only the second occasion in his life, he made the sign of the cross, the first was every day he spent with Beck when her mother was in the hospital. "I don't know if you exist... I don't know if you can hear me, or if you really care but I'm begging you, please... don't take Beck into your grace... she misses her mother but she's too young to see her again.... please.... please... its not her time... its not her time. Please don't take her away.... please help her... Amen." He spoke in his head and again made the sign of the cross before kissing his hand and reaching up to the sky for a second. His hand slowly dropped as he put it back around Sky and listened to her breathing again. It took him a long time but eventually he finally fell asleep.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler heard Tyler's voice but it sounded extremely far away and she wasn't sure if she had made it all up in her head or not. She drifted further into sleep until she sensed movement and her eyes shot open wide. She noticed that Tyler wasn't holding her anymore and she wondered why, his eyes were closed and she wondered if he was thinking about Beck. Then she realized, of course he was. Why wouldn't he be? Schuyler slipped out of Tyler's arms again, something she had been doing more often now, and slept beside him but not nearly as close as she had been. There was a more prominent space between them on the bed now.
Make him happy...no matter what it is, no matter what happens to me, just make him happy. Please. Schuyler urged the charm to work and this time, she had even felt it beginning to work as well. That seemed to lift her spirits as she closed her eyes again and fell into sleep, not aware that she had.

Tyler started to stir a bit in his sleep as he felt his arms rest on top of him. Half asleep he looked over at Sky who had moved a bit from him. "Nope.... not this time." He whispered sleepily as he moved closer to her and wrapped his arms tight around her body, moving her so she was on top of him, under the covers. He was happier, Schulyer made him happier, he couldn't have handled as well as he did without his love beside him the whole way. Eventually as he held her in his arms he started to fall asleep again quicker this time.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler felt Tyler shift in bed and jumped slightly when she felt his arms go around her. He held her against him tightly and she smiled, delighting in the feel of his big arms around her body. She kissed his cheek and lay comfortably beside him. He really did love her. That put a big smile on her lips as she drifted to sleep again.
"I love you...." she whispered as the hands of sleep dragged her into it's midst.

Tyler smiled happily in his sleep as he looked at her softly. "I love you too sweetheart, I love you so much. I couldn't be as strong as I am without your support." He whispered softly and kissed her lips tenderly on the lips.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler woke up feeling something touch her lips. At first she thought it was her imagination but found out otherwise. She opened her eyes to see Tyler kissing her and she smiled against the movement of his lips. When hr had pulled away, Schuyler propped herself up on her elbows and regarded him with an expression of mock anger.
"Go to sleep!" she hissed, though a smile spread across her lips as she said this. Schuyler leaned over and returned Tyler's kiss.

Tyler blushed softly and smiled at his mock angry love. "Sorry Sky, it was a reflex to kiss you like that. Goodnight!" He told her playfully as he shut his eyes and tried to go back to sleep again, a big goofy smile on his face from that moment between them.

╪ ║ §chuyler ßarron ║ ╪ Don't judge....Schuyler smiled at his response to her little act and positioned herself more on top of him. Her face was inches from his and she smiled widely. Her index finger extended to trace his lips, she did so methodically and with care before kissing him on the cheek.
"Am I a distraction?" Schuyler wondered, knowing full well that she certainly was.
