Mandy, who was still showering now focusing on her hair when Tai walked into the room stopped and smiled when she saw him. However, he left too fast for her. Finishing rather quickly she dried off and ran out of the room to see him. “Tai, I am sorry I scared you like that! I didn’t think you would mind. I mean, you do want me to be clean don’t you?” Pouting she looked up at Tai and hugged him tightly. “You don’t mind me staying here with you do you sweet heart?”

This isn't right. He has a student in his dorm, in nothing more than a towel, which seemed ready to slide off as is. So this wasn't a teacher prank on him. This was very, very, bad. Then there was the fact she hugged him... tightly. Again, his mind split between hormonal rage, and logical thinking. He still had rational thoughts... for the moment. He needed to tell her no, but every second he waited, that option became even harder. Swallowing hard, he looked away to make sure he didn't give her eye contact. He needed to handle this like a teacher would. "I t-think it would be b-better for you t-to be in your own d-dorm Mandy."

“But why sir, don’t you enjoy my company? I can make you forget all about those students you teach, I can teach you if you teach me.” As she spoke she began to run her fingers up and down his chest, tracing small circles which gradually got larger. “I promise I won’t tell on you sir... I’ll be your good little girl.” She smile and winked as she kissed his ear lobe softly biting it. “If you want me to...” she whispers as she pressed herself closer to him.

The offer was tempting. Many times his mouth opened to say the words yes, but his rational thoughts (what few remained) kept him quiet. This was a really tough situation he needed to get out of, and for the life of him, he couldn't find any solution. The worst part was he couldn't find out if it was because his brain was freezing up, or if his hormones were hiding the proper solutions (A.K.A: The ways to say no). So rather than saying anything that could worsen the situation, his body simply froze.

Aurelia saw that the girl was sleeping peacefully now, and felt a little triumphant. Brushing her hand through Morgan's hair one last time she stood up and walked to the window, closing and locking it after savoring the cold air which cleared her mind despite the fever. Finding a small piece of paper she wrote: Morrigan, good morning. Don't hesitate to see me if you have any questions or concerns. ~Aurelia Putting it down on the girl's desk she picked up her guitar and Riku's clothes, turning back and looking at Morrigan one last time before closing and locking the dorm door as well.

Sighing she dropped off her guitar in her room, knowing that, despite the time, she still had more to do. Might as well get it over with... Aurelia then made her way to the infirmary, taking a cold drink of water from a water fountain in the hallway to help keep her awake. Opening the door to the infirmary she was surprised to find Riku awake, and Jay in the next bed over. "Um..."

Jay managed a weak smile when he saw Aurelia. “Um... Hi...” He softly spoke not looking at her but at the ground. Slowly he stood up and headed towards the door. “I’ll leave you to alone...” Stopping at the door he offered a smile his eyes looking towards Riku. “Well, I guess the better man has won. Enjoy her Riku, enjoy your victory.” Turning away, tears streaming down his face he headed out of the door not looking back.

Mandy sighed when she saw he froze up. “Fine Tai, be like that. Don’t accept me, you never cared about me, it was always about your needs! You used me until you had enough!” she bellowed slapping Tai across the face as she turned to run out of the room.

"No, Jay, wai--!" Aurelia stumbled as she turned, her vision blurring again as she landed on her knees on the floor. The nurse then immediately was by her side, exclaiming how hot Aurelia's skin felt when she put her hand to the Queen's forehead and the back of the neck, concluding that she be put in the infirmary overnight. "But, I--" Aurelia was interrupted and lead to another bed on Riku's other side, the nurse saying that she could talk to Jay later. Lying down on the bed the nurse then took Riku's clothes from Aurelia, handing them to Riku before taking the Queen's temperature. The diagnosis revealed the temperature to be 99 degrees Fahrenheit, so it was decided that Aurelia be kept overnight anyway. The nurse placed a curtain between the two beds so that Riku could change, should he decide to. Aurelia, in the meanwhile, said nothing more. Biting her lower lip she turned her head away from the direction Riku was, even though a curtain was placed in between them. For a moment she pondered on Jay's wording, thoughts bouncing in her head and resulting in a headache. Sighing she pushed the thoughts aside, placing an arm over her eyes as she used her free hand to pull a blanket over her.

Tai rubbed his cheek and was really wondering if that was a mood swing from hormones, or a legitimate anger towards him. He only got here today, and prior, he never had any relationships. Well, she was out of his room, but, he might've sent her off crying. Now he felt like a total a**hole. He wasn't battling anything now, everything told him to apologize. Even the room was shaking it's head it him. He couldn't follow her right now, she needed time alone... although he had no idea what he had done wrong.

Upon recieving his clothes, he changed rapidly and plopped down on the bed. If you didn't see his condition earlier, you would've thought for sure he didn't belong in the infirmary. He knew she was on the other side of the curtain, so, they could still have their meeting time like they had planned out earlier. And the first thing that came to mind was why she had been so late. "Hey, Aurelia," He whispsered, just loud enough to where she could hear it. "I was wondering, did you get held up by Court matters? You showed up kinda late."

User ImageWell this was turning out to be an absolutely horrible day for Naoya emotionally. For a moment he almost froze up, mind trying to work, but the wheels just flailed around wildly. A moment later though, something caught, and with practiced ease, the taller boy reassumed the clam veneer that he had kept in place always until this day.

"I'm just fine, Ace-san." He said, gazing coolly down into Misa's concerned looking eyed.

"Just a little ah, out of sorts. I haven't had a match in a while."

While the black-haired girl seemed to be transfixed with her shoes after stammering out her question (much less coherently than normally), Naoya began to slowly redo the buttons on his shirt's sleeves and collar. An almost agonizingly silent moment passed before Naoya spoke in a slow, careful voice.

"I... would gladly accept your offer Misa-chan. Though I do not know if that would be the wisest course of action for you. After all, as King I would have other duties at the ball that could detain me for some time. I find it hard to believe that I would be your first, or even last choice."

Aurelia sighed, not knowing how to answer Riku. "Yeah,'kinda' being a bit of an understatement..." She laughed half-heartedly, turning on her side. "No...not necessarily. It's just..." Her voice trailed off, even if it was a whisper. "Look, I'm really, really sorry, okay? I just can't explain it..." Looking down on the floor she had an idea. "Oh, wait, here." Taking her cell phone she used her wind element to have it glide under the curtain. "Check my text inbox." She murmured before placing her head on the pillow, her eyes drooping now.

((Sorry, sudden family dinner came up... crying ))

The tiny girl clothed in black stood before the much taller boy also dressed in black as the seconds crawled slowly by as she waited for his answer. She tried not focusing on the blue mats too hard, for fear of setting it on fire, that happened sometimes on accident, and now was not the time for the hideous floor mats to spontaneously combust.

When Naoya's voice interrupted the awkward silence but instead of looking up at him, she kept her head down and waited tensely for his almost positive rejection at her mumbled request. But much to her surprise he did not reject her offer, but accepted it instead. She almost jerked her head back up to look up at him to see if he was serious, but she kept her eyes trained to the floor until he finished talking.

" Thank you for accepting." Misa murmured as she politely bowed and then straightened, not looking the King in the face. Don't stand there and just say thank you idiot! Her inner voice scolded her. And thus another awkward silence ensued because the poor girl didn't know what to say, but this time Misa's eyes were not glued to the floor but roamed everywhere in the room other than Naoya's pale face and dark eyes. Instead they rested on a clock on the floor wall it was time for her next class.

" Uhm...It's time for my next class...I've got to go now." The raven haired girl mumbled as she scampered away for the door of the changing room. Say something other thank you! Don't make him regret accepting and going out with a nerd like you! The inner voice screamed at her, and this time Misa listened. Before entering the door she turned around and looked the tall boy square in the face.

" You may find it hard to believe, Prince, but I think it's an honor that you'd go with me." The Ace of the Upper Court said, looking right at him with her clear grey blue eyes. And with that she disappeared into the changing room leaving the King alone in the training hall.

After that the rest of the day passed in a blur, and the Ace didn't have a chance to gather her thoughts until she was getting ready for bed. He actually said yes. The tiny teenager girl thought as she slipped under the covers of her bed and laid her black haired head on her soft pillow. The world is full of surprises. She mused as she shut her eyes and quickly fell into black oblivion where she would not wake up until the next morning.

Riku used his own wind element in response to Aurelia's to get her phone off of the ground, and he began reading his most recent message that 'he' sent. He knew it was his phone, too because she had his name saved as contact (on the inside he smiled at that). Looking back on it, he noticed the recieve time was around the time he got into D-hall. He remembered looking at his phones battery to make sure it had a charge before handing it to Jay...

Riku scowled a bit. So the guy had set him up when he gave his cellphone to him. Which might also explain why it shattered into a million pieces when Jay dropped his phone. Closing the phone, he used his wind power to glide it back under the curtain. He knew who had done it, but, he didn't want Aurelia to worry, so he'd keep the detail to himself. "I think someone stole my phone. It was close to dying so they were only able to get that message to you. I'll deactivate the SIM card tomorrow so we don't have any more of those mishaps." He got under his own covers and rolled over on his side. "But... g'night, Aurelia."

Within moments after saying that, Riku was fast asleep.

(OOC: And with that, all my characters are now asleep... even if I didn't type it in their posts.)

Jay smiled as he looked out upon the school grounds bathed in a fresh blanket of snow. Everything was covered in show, the trees gave off a rather, Christmas time feeling. With no one else being awake he smiled, he enjoyed his mornings alone, it was rather soothing, and since the winter time was when he was born he held a special fondness for those early winter mornings.

With a sigh he stood up and looked around, he saw the place Riku had fallen down due to the cold and snow. He could also slightly see the path Aurelia had taken him down from the roof. He looked at his hands as he dropped his head into them. “How could I do that? Do I really want her that bad? I mean, I do but I risked the life of a fellow student.” Slowly he walked towards the iron hand rail and placed his hands on it, without knowing hit the metal began to heat up and melt. “I almost kill a student; I lose my chance with Aurelia and now this?” He spoke looking down at the melted section of handrail. “I can’t do anything right.” He knelt, resting his back against the railing before he drew his knees to his chest and rested his forehead on top of them.

Mandy walked into the cafeteria, heading towards the large island with the randomly assorted munchies on it. Gingerly she picked up an apple, spinning it on her finger tip before rolling it down her arm and back snapping her wrist as she did causing it to fly into the air. Once in the air she created a small knife made of ice cutting the apple into slices which she caught in her other hand.

With a sigh she headed towards a table and sat down eating her apple slices without a care in the world. Yet, her mind was preoccupied. To anyone that would appear to be quite hard considering most thought she did not have a brain. She thought back to the night she spent in Tai’s bed with him. She loved it and she knew he would have too, if he didn’t black out. Maybe I am coming on too strong... She thought to herself. However, she’d had an ace in the hole, one she had played that night before she left. She could only wish and hope it worked.

Lunaru was moody on this chill winter morn. He got out of bed filled with energy, energy that was sent straight to the place of his brain that creates the paranoid misery in his mind. He took a shower without whistling or singing or even random babbling about this and that. No, this morning, Lunaru was depressed. He hated being depressed and usually made everyone else miserable with it without even trying. Just a scowl from him and a Ken like growl, was enough to turn some ones day upside down sometimes. It never really bothered him about his mood till after he was over it, but this morning, it did. He would have no part of it. Today was one of the planning stages for the ball. He wasnt gonna be mopey when he'd get to hang around Astin today. He also had reviewing his plans with Ken and Tai to look forward to, and if he was lucky Trey might tag along with ken. He figured, people dont really stop hanging out when they get older, they just do it a little bit less. He knew responsibility, meant sacrificing other things, but why did it have to strain friendships, and making new friends. He sighed. He thought about his mopey mood.

"Just another anchor to my freedom. Not gonna let anythin hold me down!" he said with enthusiasm as he prepared to check his assignments for the day. Arithmetic would be a 5min assignment again, history was mainly reading and a class discussion, and anything else was just training which he only had to show up for. Today would be different.

"I cant wait to start another debate in history!" Lunaru said laughing out loud as he grabbed his pencil and a different mini notepad, and headed out his dorm. classes didnt start for a little while yet and Lunaru wanted to enjoy the winter. He flew outside and began using his wind powers to play in the snow. "Oh gosh, what would some one think of me if they saw me doin this," he thought rolling his eyes and chuckling to himself, "Who cares though, its fun!"

He then began to make his tribute to the school. It was silly, but would be an eye catcher. He began to mold the snow into a sculpture of the Upper Court members. He held his beaming grin the entire time.
