Darius's eyes slowly opened as Liz continued to stroke his hair. It was a blinding light that shone onto his face that woke him up a little more. He was too weak to turn his head but he saw throught the corner of his eyes Lily and Liz and he felt thier hands intwined with his.
"Lily? Liz? Where am I????" he said in a soft gentle voice, to weak to speak in his regular tone.

"Easy there." He said seeing the blood run down he shin. He gently ran a hand through her hair to try to calm her down and so she would rest easier.

Lily looked up immidiatly, suprised at the sound of his voice. She did her best to hold back her tears as she smiled at Darius before Liz began talking calmly, soothingly, to Darius.
"Your in the hospital Darius. There was a small cut in your heart, and Lily and I brought you here where the doctors did a great job. Your going to be fine, but you have to stay in the hospital a few days." She said still running her free hand through his hair, while she kept a hand in entwined with his.

Kaida seemed to relax as Lukan wiped away the droplet, she felt at ease with the unknown presence around her. She did not know who was comforting her, but she liked it. She groaned quietly as one violet eye began to open, but quickly shut when the blinding light of the hospital reached them. "Damn..." Kaida muttered, her eyes still shutfrom the blinding light. She yawned painfully and turned her head, wincing. "Who are you...where am I?"

"A cut in my heart?" Darius asked incredulously, yet quietly.
He looked back to Lily, who looked extremley happy and looking like she was trying to hold back tears. Darius smiled lightly at her.
"Go ahead Lily, you can go ahead and cry, the world won't think any less of you if you do and I couldn't care less."
He gave her another light gentle smile before turning his attention back to Liz.
"I'm so glad that the both of you were with me, I must have given you quite the scare back there." he replied with a light chuckle, yes he was back to his old self, if just a little weaker then before.

"Uhhh... Well I'm Lukan the person you fought today... And, uh. We're both in the hospital. I'm really sorry I hurt you so badly in the fight today." He just then noticed that his hand was still on her head and he pulled away switly blushing. "You should really get some more rest. You're no shape to be up." He exclaimed, but she could probubly feel it herself.

Lily smiled and let the tears fall, realizing that all of this hadn't changed Darius at all. He was still the boy she'd always known. It was odd to think about all he'd been through, and here he was in the hospital, unchanged. He was still the gentle caring Darius he had always been.
"Just a little bit." Lily replied to his comment about him scaring them, laughing a little herself. Liz smiled lightly at Lily. Liz was still mad at Lily for putting Darius through all this, but she couldn't let Darius know that. Besides, now was a time for rest and peacefulness, not anger and outrage. Liz would handle Lily later.

Darius laughed lightly.
Darius had just gone under probably the worst day of his life, yet here he was,smiling holding on to the hands of the two people he loved(though Liz and Lily probably didn't know this, heck Lily didn't know that he loved Liz) equally. He would have just been content to lie there with the two girls when the nurse came bustling in caring a small, fat bottle in her hand.
"Oh good you're awake Darius, I have something for you if you could just take this now."
"What-" Darius began, but he was cut short, a bottle was put straight into his mouth. It contained a red liquid that looked rather syrupy, even more syrupy then most cough medicine.
"Drink this Darius, it's you're medicine. And drink the whole bottle."
Darius didn't really have a choice in this matter, as he drank this bottle he realize how unpleasent it tasted, his expression became that of a disgusted person as he finished off the bottle.
"Thank you Darius, I'll be back in about two hours to give you another dose."
The nurse walked out of the room leaving Darius alone with the two girls again. It took a few minutes before Darius could react. When he did, it was a reaction that was someone pained, somewhat discusted.
"I...am...not...drinking it again!"

Liz was about to comment on just how well Darius was taking this whole situation, when a nurse came in and made Darius drink some very disgusting looking liquid, and quite a bit of it at that. When he had finished Liz and Lily waited for a reaction from Darius, but at first nothing happened. It was as if the liquid had made him silent or something. Just as Liz was about to say something again, to see if Darius was starting to fall back alseep or something, he finally reacted to the medice.
Lily and Liz laughed a little at his reaction and through her giggles Liz said "Darius, you have to take it again, you need to get better!"

Darius shook his head still having a disgusted look on his face.
"That was aweful! I don't care if I have to drink it to get better it was disgusting! What was it supposed to do anyways."
Near Darius was the bottle of...whatever it was that the nurse fed him. It read the words Iotaine and it said below that it helped regenerate new blood cells at an accelerated pace. Take every two hours.

Lily looked at the bottle as well, brushing tears away so she could read the words.
"Darius you have to take this. Or you'll be in here for much too long." Lily said througha struggled calm voice. She had only just stopped her crying and she didn't want her voice to sound shaky.
Liz shot her a warning glance. One that said 'I'll deal with you later' or 'This isn't over'. Lily didn't want to have to speak to Liz later. Still she knew Liz would hunt her down of they didn't get it over with, and then she'd be even more angry.

Kaida groaned again, unable to move due to the serious amount of pain she was feeling. She shifted her eyes so that they were fixed on Lukan, at first a cold hard stare, but Kaida was hurting too badly to care any longer. "Yeah...just be lucky I can't whoop your butt."

He laughed rubbing the back of his head. "I'm sure you wuld. Umm, well. Do you need anyting? Water or food? I want to make it up to you for what hs happened." He said softly feeling guilty of wat he did.

Kaida said nothing as she layed in the heap of sheets on the bed. She didn't really want much of anything right now except her bracelet. She sighed and shook her head still looking at him with now sadness in her eyes. "Unless you can fix my bracelet magically...nothing.." Kaida said, forgetting that Lukan was one whom could use alchemy.

Darius groaned at this sounding like a little kid, "But it tastes aweful...."
Darius didn't catch the look from Liz and payed more attention to the horrible taste of that medicine.
"Besides," he began, 'What does it do? Besides taste terrible."
