Who do i talk to about my shikai training? I've been in the guild for like 8 months now posted as activly as i possibly can with my current internet status and well.... im annoyed with not getting shikai training yet, yes i've only been able to post once or twice a week but still 8 months when the requirement is what? 2 months posting 3 times a week?? is it just me or is there a logical flaw in this situation i am in?

Talk to your Captain, or Vice Captain about Shikai Training. It's really up to them in the long run.
