some one.....please.....answer?...... and meh that anikan dude seems dumb.....a noob...but whats stopping him from creating another account and using it to pester us? I mean sure that one could be banned and deleted but is there a way to prevent him if he makes other accounts?

Absolutely nothing is stopping him from creating another account.
However, if he does, we merely repeat the process and inform the moderators again. They'll figure something out.
