Amelia looked over at Nils and Melethia. She put her whetting stone in her bag after wiping it clean, then stood up and walked over. "Melethia...? What is it?" she asked, concerned.

Amelia scowled over at Roy. "She feels bad enough as it is!" she told him before patting Melethia's shoulder. "Please, cheer up a little..." she mumbled, smiling comfortingly. "Everything turned out okay, right?"

Roy rolled his eyes. "I know that Amelia. Sadly, most of the dragonkin are the same. Except for Nils and Ninian, who are ice dragons and are chill most of the time, the other dragons tend to make rash and sometimes reckless moves. It's in her nature to make mistakes like that. It just goes to show that humans aren't the only ones capable of messing up." he said calmly.

Soren came into the room, a small bat perched on his shoulder, the shadow of a three-headed dog following his footsteps. The bat appeared to be the one which had delivered Melethia the note from previously.
"What happened, Melethia?"
