Lucid was playfully mixing pancake batter while dancing to a song in his head.

After a restless night, Elli decided that she needed to go find Lucid. she draped a blanket over Hans before she left, more so that she wouldn't have to look at him like that, than to keep him warm. she left the manor early, but she realized that she had no idea were she was going. She looked up to see the spire. i should be able to see from up there. she thought to herself, and went on her way.

Yuma shivered and nodded; "I'm sorry for being such a burden on you." Yuma shifted under the covers getting herself comfortable.

"i know you do, I love you too, but your tired as well. I'm happy that you are taking care of both of us, but you can't ignore yourself for much longer. I worry when you push yourself like this, even if its for all the right reasons, but....I'm sorry. I should just try to get some sleep, damn body changes, and hopefully breakfast will make me feel better." Sorrow snuggled against him and she smiled; "Forgive me for talking silly?"

Yuma sighed contently and despite the cool touch of his body to hers she felt warmer with him so near. She fell asleep just watching him.

by the time everyone woke up, Lucid had a feast lain out on the table. There was pancakes, bacon, eggs, apples, oranges, bananas, English muffins, toast, and nutella. and Lucid made himself a bowl of fruit, with a smoothie. the coffee sat ready and hot, and the tea water whistled on the stove.

Elenath was nearly to the top of the tower. but she was out of breath, and had to rest near the top. she slumped on the step, her hair was frizzy from the sweat that dripped down her brow, and she gasped for the cool air.

Yuma heard the whistle from the pot and she sat bolt upright in bed. She sighed as there was no chance of going back to sleep, she smiled running her hand through Kaos's hair, he was beginning to look younger. She leaned down and whispered into his ear; "Your baby is hungry dearest, and this is your wake up call." Yuma nibbled the top of his ear softly before kissing his cheek and leaning up to straighten her robe out. That is when it hit her; "This is going to be interesting, i didn't bring any clothes but my coat and this robe, guess i will be going out with the girls later on."

 "When you left the Festival early i got you a few things... They're in the closet..." Kaos grumbled as he pushed himself up and slid off the bed, "I hope they fit..." ~~~~~~~ Akuma drifted downstairs, "What's that odd smell? It reminds me of earth... My adoptive father drank it all the time..." she hugged Lucid and sighed, "I'm pregnant..."

Elenath blinked blankly, unsure of how to register what had happened. "ehm, well i thought i would be able to find Lucid from up here. I was tired of looking at Hans so i also needed some fresh air." she was still out of breath when she spoke.

Lucid stopped breathing for a moment and stared off into space as if it would help him think. "I thought i felt something funny from you. So... im a daddy?" Lucid's face lit up when he said the word 'daddy' Lucid smiled joyfully at Akuma.

Sorrow opened the closet and smiled; "you remembered my favorite colors!" Yuma pounced on him wrapping not just her hands around him but her wings as well, the parts of her wings that could reach. "Thank you so much." Yuma kissed him again and let go to sweep back to the closet. She got dressed quickly and finding a brush in one of the pockets Yuma smiled moving to the mirror to brush her hair. "You think of everything when buying for a woman." Yuma set the brush on a dresser and came back over and took his hand; "Okay, offically starved, but ready to go downstairs."

Chrono nodded, "Well, Lucid is right over there on that island... They're just eating breakfast... If you hurry you might get a bite to eat." he sighed as he chucked a rock off the edge of the tower and hit the dead tree between the tower and the manor. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Akuma smiled, "Yes, You'll be a daddy... But right now... I'm hungry." she sat at the table and loaded up her plate. ~~~~~~~~ He smiled and squeezed her hand, "There's something else in there for you... Not that you'll be able to use it any time soon..."

Elenath grew quiet. "Chrono," she said softly, "before you go, would you help Hans?" she was shy and almost embarrassed to ask, but felt she had nothing to lose.

Lucid sat in his chair quietly and cradled a pineapple with a goofy grin on his face.

Chrono looked over his shoulder at Elenath, and folded his wings in, "I'll think about it..." He looked back at the manor slumping his shoulders. He didn't want to go back to that man. He fears that if he confronts that Cortes again... It might be the end of Hans. ~~~~~~~~~~ Akuma shook her head at Lucid and ate a forkful of pancakes and sipped some tea, while examining the dark brown fluid in the pot.
