She then started strolling over to the Laughing Corpse. "Is there something in particular you wanted to talk about, Markus?"

Teddy's face turned completely red as he actually squeaked "Me? Oh, no, no, no, I don't think so." He shakes his head vehemently. There was no way on God's green Earth he was ever jumping up on a stage to take his clothes off. "The last time anybody but you ever saw me naked was in the high school gym locker room and you can bet your last dollar I wasn't dancing around in there. That's a pretty good way to get yourself beat up."

Anita coughed back a laugh. She was not going to laugh at Teddy, who was almost an oxymoron walking. Willing to show affection to his lover for all the world to see, but terrified of getting on a stage? Who would have thought?
[Teddy and Markus are just too adorable! I want to make them cookies and talk home decor!! LOL]

((HAHHA, I read Kathryn's ooc and couldn't stop laughing!! Haertqche and I are really good friends and lately he's been playing with my hair and styling it, it has been quite interesting, but he still needs work on nail painting!!)))
I watched as Markus jumped onto the stage with me and laughed as he took turns dancing to the Bad Touch by the Bloodhound gang with me. I finished out my dance and took my tips and ran off stage. I pulled on the orange hoodie and ran to Jean-Claudes office, "Hey, heres your money." I handed it to him and noticed the faint detect of saddness in his gaze. "Jean-Claude? Are you okay?" I asked, nealing down and looking up into his face. I placed my hand gently on his arm and he turned his face to look at me. "I can smell her. It's like she's everywhere but in my arms." Tears slowly ran down his face.
"Who? Jean-Claude, sweety, it will be ok. Who is she?"
"Anita Blake."

I walked into the laughing Corpse and looked around for my group. I finally spotted them in a room in the very back and ran back to them, "Hey, sorry I'm late." I sat down and pulled out a ciggarette. I lit it and took a puff and looked to our new friend, "Hello, I'm Kit. I think I saw you in Guilty pleasures? You were with a blonde headed girl, right?"

Serrenedy, still with Cleopatra ranting her head off went into the laughing corpse. She saw a group of people-she ran over "Dose anybody here know how to get a pixie to LEAVE you ALONE"

"Yeah, her name is Claire." Anita said with an eyeroll. "I'll probably have to go drag her out of there, even after the show is over. I told her it was a bad idea." The woman didn't offer up a name as of yet. She looked at Cleopatra. "I might have something at my office. I can bring it by tomorrow night, if you want. But I'm not walking back into Guilty Pleasures anytime soon, so you'll have to pick somewhere else to meet me at."

Anita smirked as she waved a waitress over to order a burbon and coke. If she had to deal with going to Guilty Pleasures for a little while, she could reward herself for not being a total a** while there with one little drink, right?
"I hate to say this, but she has a point. Fairies are different from Pixies." she said to Ren. "Do you still want her permantly gone? I don't knwo if I have anything for fairies, but if we duct taped her to a chair and made her watch The Labyrinth, especially the part where Hoggle sprays the fairies to kill them, she might back off..." She raised an eyebrow at Ren. It can be really hard to tell if she was kidding or not. But in her line of work, you end up with a really strange sense of humor...

Talking to people I don't know and giving out information they don't really need? I have got to be slipping, or something! Anita shook her head. For the preternaturals it was pretty obvious that she was putting up her emotional blocks.
