Fillp growled and pushed Kimmi off of him "Back of kid, me and meh bro here have some catching up to do.." he aimed the shotgun one-handed and fired, missing on purpose to get the zombie moving. He smiled and out came his .22, blazing a line of fire at his brother.
"Aww, ain't that sweet?" the zombie cackled, dodging behind a car and tearing off the door "Maybe you need a gift to show I mean no harm?" he said sarcastically, ossing the door at the three living humans.
"b*****d" Fillup mumbled, kicking Zack out of the way, and pushing Kimmi the other. He ducked at the last second, his pistol firing again. He released the clip and slapped another in, hoping he'd hit him.
"Sorry Lil' Fill, looks like we'll have to have a family reunion later" the zombie's voice was distant, it had obviously fled after throwing the door.

Kimmi frowned as she got to her feet. "Do I have rag doll written on me." She muttered as she put her fingers to her lip an winced. "You shove hard." She accused with a pout as she wiped the blood from the split in her lip. "I was just trying to keep you alive." She accused with even more of a pout, her split lip quivering a bit.

Fillup sghed heavily "Get the truck, we'll discuss my shoving later, saftey is number one right now..." he looked at Zack, sizing up the kid "..tell him the rules, he looks like he's another Hero..." Fillup rehlostered his .22 and went ti grab the bike. It was dented up, but still ran well "We are moving out when Kay get's back, no delays, no more side-trips, no more fighting!" he popped his gum, he'd let a little anger seep into his tone, odd for his good-natured self.

Kimmi winced at being yelled at and bowed her head. She nodded once and turned, taking off for the car. She had just wanted to help him like He always seemed to be helping her. She hadn't meant to make him angry, and Kay had said it was clear. There weren't supposed to be any Zombies. "Head out Sarg!" She yelled to the man in the truck as she climbed to the car and waited for Zack.

"No." Kimmi muttered as she pulled out a piece of her own gum. She winced when she forgot about her split lip. "He's alot nicer than that most times." She muttered through her pout. "Follow Sarg." She said motioning to the truck.

Zack, followed Sarge in the truck. "so what did he mean by another hero? " he asked cuoriously. " i mean im just to darn used to fighting them on my own thats. all."

"That's basically what he meant. Hero is a guy we picked up that has a habit of throwing himself right in the middle of trouble. We stay together and we work as a team. That's the main rule that he was talking about when he said to tell you the rules." She said as she stared out the window.

"oh" said Zack a little down trodden. he concentrated on driving for a while. He then sighed. he handed his cd case to Kimmi, "here pick one." he offered the case with over 150 cds in it. "sorry if im what you would call a hero. i just wander around on my own so much i get over protective of those i consider friends." he said trying to get Kimmi to smile.

Kimmi flipped through the book. "Nah Hero was so much worse than that. It was sort of my fault too. You were just following my lead, which by the way is really not something you should do." She said with a smirk but winced with it pulled her lip.

Fillup cruised along the dirt filled terrain, thinking as he drove and rode. Why the hell does all this s**t have to happen? He asked himself, scowling at a cactus as he rode past it He was supposed to be dead anyway, I remember the horde getting a hold of him....
Fillup skidded to a halt, spraying sand on one of the gunners who'd gotten out to sit on the ground "Sorry" he tried to sound cheerful, though it was hard with all of their tired and ruggad faces watching him.

"What and let a pretty girl like you get hurt? never, goes against my code of honor" laughed Zack. he rummaged trought one of him many pockets and came up with a tube of healing gel. "here this might take care your lip. my last tube to so dont lose it, might just be the last tube on this planet."

"Wow. Been awhile since I've seen any of this." She used a little on her lip and handed i back. "Much better." She sighed as they pulled to a stop at the caravan. She spotted Bubbles and frowned. "He's really mad at me this time." She muttered as she got out of the car. "I'll be right back I'm going to get some water and a snack. We may be here awhile." She walked past Bubbles without saying anything and rummaged in the back before retrieving two water bottles a bit of jerky and her latest book. Satisfied she had retrieved what she wanted she turned and headed back to the car.

((... well... alright then... apparently I missed a bit while swimming in an awesome pool at my friends house cool it's even got a mini water fall whee
anywho...))
Khana had blasted zombies all the way back to the truck, with most of her usual accuracy even. Not having to look all the way up probably helped some.
She had just followed Kimmi and then cooperated with Kay, eventually getting into the truck without paying much attention, but then she was bored again when she got back in.
She started messing with the locks and the AC and the radio, and pretty much all the buttons, laughing or making random and slurred comments when something entertained her.
Sarg had obviously figured out what was up with her and just let it go, ignoring her fiddling and the grumbles from the gunners in the back.

"thanks" Zack said as he was handed the water and jerky. he started chewing on one end and started rumaging throught his pokets again. he brought out a piece of metal and started morphing it into diffrent shapes using alcihmey. "so who do you think is going to get the chewing out first, you or me." he asked
