Kasen grinned now having their attention. "Kyo, I know very well you are new, so I did not mean to use such force to get your attention. Kenshi, as you know a squad works well together, so we must train together. I give you all a choice, join together and face me as a common goal, or choose a partner who you can rely on and face each other in a equal strife." Kasen said as he stood there with a grin while keeping a slight serious face. "You are all the future, meaning you must be prepared in case of any emergency." Kasen said as though he had a few years difference, he knew eventually one of these will succeed another. "Choose now, and be thoughtful, for one wrong decision might become a downfall."

Zaine snorted, "Wow Kasen, are you feeling ok?" he joked as he walked up and stood next to his friend, "Afterall, Im sure you know that you don't stand a chance against these fine people." he said wickedly.

Kasen grinned then laughed as he couldn't keep a straight face anymore and looked at Zaine. "Well, are you challenging my power, last time I believe you were left a bloody mess with doggy drool and burns over you?" Kasen said as he looked at Zaine with a glare that tried piercing through his soul. "Well, they have to learn something, don't they?"

Zaine returned his friends glare without missing a beat, "But those injuries were not by your hand, aside from the minor burns." he said lightly and then breaking into a grin, "Besides the rock did all the work for ya."

"Well, if things went my way, we could have gone with a simpler method." Kasen said seriously and half-jokingly as he was still wanting to knock Zaine out with a coconut, but Kasen will have to wait for that day to come. "Now, why are you here exactly?" Kasen said to Zaine who somehow keeps finding him.

"Oh I came to see you teach of course!" he said brightly, "I was bored and decided to check on my good friend Kasen. And behold! He is teaching our newest recruits, so this might be quite comedic for me to watch."

"Watch, or just have fun and interfere to make things interesting?" Kasen said raising his eyebrow a bit as he knew Zaine was unpredictable in some cases and would love to do anything to help. "Besides, you know how I teach, sortof." Kasen said chuckling.

Zaine yawned, "Only if I see that your lesson is not doing well." he said with a mischievious gleam in his gold and crimson eyes, "And my experience with your teaching is a bit limited remember?" he said wryly.

Kyo nodded, and watched as the other shinigami spoke to Kasen. "I'm all for going against you sir...the fact that i am no match for you only means i have much to learn." he said slowly. " Unless the other have objections to it....that is." he said as he glanced at Kenshi and Zaine

"Well, I'm willing to work by myself, besides its been a while since I had such a challenge before." Kasen said to Kyo as he looked at him and Kenshi ,"Well, shall we begin?"

"Dont let him hit ya with a rock or coconut Kenshi!" Zaine shouted with a laugh, looking to Kyo he then said, "Hello there, I don't believe we have met."

Kyo nodded, he was a little nervous about going up against Kasen, but it was only training right? not like he would kill him if he messed up and he was supposed to lose, so that he could learn and go stronger. He felt like lighting up a cigarette, but oh well. "Yes, sir." he said as he took his stance, hand on the hilt of his sword.

Kasen stood there, not taking any movement and simply said ,"Your move first, and to be fair, I will not use anything that gives me an advantage unless necessary, so no shunpo, shikai, or any other surprises from me." Kasen said making sure things remained fair and the equilibrium of the battle remained intact.

Kyo nodded, He drew his sword and charged at Kasen. "Hado #4: Byakurai!" a burst of pale lightning shot towards Kasen as Kyo followed it with his sword.
