Kiante turned his head towards Akiko's voice. He stood up, and then turned his head as if looking around. "I'll be fine." He said unemotionally. "Let's go." He said, then walked towards the portal. He hesitated for a moment in front of it, then stepped in.

Mika narrowed her eyes minimaly and walked in after Zolx, did he not hear her say apples were a bad thing? She stopped suddenly and stuck her head back out.
"Dost thou know the location of thine kin?"
hey, where's your brother?

Akiko shrugged. No, she had been being silly. He had just gotten rest, so he would be fine. Yes. Besides, it wasn't like they could do anything about it.
She squeezed in past Mika, not wanting to wait another second, throught the portal, hopefully to get to the end of this mess.

((He had already went into the portal. Actually, I figured we'd come back to that point at the end and just pick him up or something.))
Kiante was left in darkness. Not that he could see anything anyway, but this was the kind of darkness you could feel. Like one of the plagues on Egypt in the Bible he recalled. He couldn't hear or feel anyone else around. A thought struck him, none of them knew where they were going, and few knew how to use the dark corridors. They might very well have been seperated already. He sighed, realizing what a mistake he'd made. It could be a LOOOONG time before he could find everyone.
((BTW everyone, I'm leaving for Camp tommorow, and I'll be gone till Friday evening. That's why I kinda let him be by himself, you guys can continue, then I'll cvatch up later.))

(ahso, well i can fix this. Is it cool if Mika goes to fetch him? Or at least send him off to Tokyo again or something?)
Mika would have growled at the sight -or rather, the unsight- of the person she'd been questioning. Didn't anyone think around here? Walking back out of the portal, she checked for all her things before making her way back to the train station to fetch the lonely little boy. If anyone was left, they could follow her, if not, well she could make it back on her own perfectly fine, assuming she didn't pass out or be forced to rely on chocolate again.
"Caput is pained," she said rubbing a temple.

Zolx waited continued on his way through the darkness, he had a stop he had to made before going where ever this portal was meant to lead. As he traveled he spotted Kainte wonder aimlessly. He smiled and continued on until arrived in Helsinki on the roof of ransacked high school.
His cloak had repaired itself by this time. He looked around and saw it. A flicker of darkness next to the service door. He walked over and a Neoshadow appeared. Zolx took out his baton and using the light at the tip wrote Long time no see Olz,

Akiko made it just fine through the portal. It was a nice feeling, actually...it was plainly not darkness, this stuff. It was cool, airy, comforting.
But in a moment she was thrust out of the portal into a place totally unfamiliar. Akiko was surprised...she had expected at least someplace on Earth, but this couldn't be...could it?
Looking around, trying to answer this question, Akiko soon realized...this place was not unfamiliar at all. In fact, this place had been reproduced exactly in a video game.
"The End of the World..." she said numbly. What on earth was she doing here? Suddenly an odd feeling came over her. Only now did she notice the comfortable feeling she'd always had her whole life, the feeling that everything would work out for good, that someone was watching over her. Here, there was nothing. A big, blank void. Her heart panicked when it realized...it was on its own here.
But she had her friends with her. They would know what to do. Akiko turned back to the portal to await their arrival. Wait...hadn't there been people in ahead of her? But she'd been the first one here, hadn't she? Hm...
After a bit of waiting, her gaze wandered.
Wait...there was something that hadn't been in the game, she noticed. Less than fifty feet away from her, there was a humongous, plain metal gate. And behind that gate...were they...?
"There you are. About time, too."
Akiko turned away from the gate to find the culprit of the voice. An angel, of course, smiling confidently. No...his smile had a painful lopsided-ness to it. He looked...tired. His presence didn't give off the glory most angels did. It was like a dim light--she knew it was usually much brighter, but here there was clearly something lacking.
Still, just him being there gave a small, very small measure of comfort to her panicking mind. Enough to put her in a good mood. So she started, "Has anyone else come through already?"
The angel frowned. "...No, but, I'm sure they'll be here soon. They'd better be. I did fix the portal right, didn't I...?"
Oh, no. If they'd gotten separated...if Akiko was alone from here on out, she was going to scream. The very atmosphere of the place pounded it into her, You're lost on your own, you're in it alone, there's no one to look after you, you're lost, lost, lost...
"Don't worry." The angel's voice broke into her thoughts. "We'll take this time to explain the situation to you. A good way to use what little time we have efficiently." It was obvious he was trying his hardest to make the best of the situation. "I see you've seen the Big Gate. Well...funny story about that gate..."
Akiko turned back to look at it. The only word she had for the creatures beyond it wouldn't leave her head.
Zombies.

"Please keep up," Mika said when she returned to the portal, a young Will in tow. She took his hand firmly in her own, partially to keep track of him and partially to comfort herself, and stepped through the portal into the inky blackness.
It was an odd sort of blackness she decided, after all, she could still see the boy beside her. But it felt rather like liquid, it smelled of salt, and even further, it was very warm. She could see a rather dim light a short ways away and moved towards it, allowing it to swollow both herself and Will.
When Mika looked around at the dismal grey surroundings, she wondered why they ended up in Port Royal.

"C'mon" Kya said to Kairi as she stepped through the portal, and with angelic luck, she wound up next to Akiko. "Hey Akiko didn't other people come through? where are they?" She asked calmly

The angel broke off to look at the newcomer. Seeing who it was, he choked and merely stared.
Akiko ignored this and replied quietly, "I'm not sure. I don't think anybody else did come through...Has everyone else already walked through? And how is Kairi? I didn't see exactly what happened to her..." She trailed off, waiting expectantly for an answer.

"Curiouser and curiouser," Mika said to herself. She turned to Will then, kneeling to down to his level and changing her persona a bit.
"Would you like to see some pirates?" she asked. "Perhaps even Capt. Jack Sparrow?"
((I'm just using him a bit!))
Will nodded and Mika smiled, standing back up and taking out the ace of swords. It would cause a lot less commotion than five glowing crimson swords or four golden ones or...
Moving on.

The Neoshadow stared at Zolx, moving jerkily as it tried to size him up. Then it jump and vanished into a pool of darkness. Zolx waited and a shadowy mirror of himself emerge for the same spot. The were a few differences though. The hair was shorter, the eyes were that of the Neoshadow, and there was a heart shaped hole in it's chest; but he most the most noteable thing was the age difference. The Shadow looked to be around the age of 12 where as Zolx was nearing his 19 birthday.
"Why aren't you talking?" Olz asked. Zolx wrote, Waltz of Silence. Here this is for you. He tossed the apple and Olz caught it by reflex. His golden eyes narrowed as he looked at it, "An apple? Why are you giving me produce?" Ever hear of the Garden of Eden? Olz's eyes wided, "How the hell-!" Where else would the heart of this world be? Anyway come on we have to meet the the others. I'll explain on the way. Zolx opened the portal back up and walked through. Olz stepped forward. He looked at the apple carefully, bit into it, and and followed after Zolx. ((Sorry for spelling errors, this was a quick post.))
