Glad you did'nt mind. ^_^
It's soo hard to see your own misstakes, one get like blind for starring the picture for so long. xd Sometimes it helps to ask someone else and sometimes you just need the picture to rest and then look at it after a while.
I wish I could CG like your her skin looks so good.
It would be so great to know CG then you can change it over and over again, can't really do that whith real media like watercolors or acrylics. :/
If anyone knows a good tutorial for photoshop I'd be thrilled.

CC - that's so cute! I love the big eyes! Is it a vector? It looks it. My husband keeps urging me to learn Illustrator so I can try to freelance with the newspaper here. I'm game!
As far as photoshop tutorials, search for them on DA. I've found some really amazing useful ones there that I've bookmarked. I also go to the DA pages of the artists whose styles I love most and then head to their websites to see if they have any tuts or picture walkthroughs there. The thing I'd been doing wrong all this time was, I was always too impatient to spend the time I needed to on a pic. So now that I'm learning patience, I'm hoping to take my stuff in a new direction! And maybe as I go along, I'll get faster.
LittleDream, I LOVE that pic! It's so sweet and I love the leafy background. Such a great color scheme!

Thanks for your complient on my little chibi. heart The bumper was so happy about it. :3 It was such a difficult pose and I'm not sure I pulled it of. :/
It is vector. I use macromedia flash though, I like to draw on freehand whith the brush tool much more then illustrator. *feels trapped when it gets complicated* I'm so used to real media. >.<
Tomorrow's the last day of my real media auction. It'll be so fun to do a big comission again. biggrin

I have been trying with watercolors again, and I must say, I'm pleased with the results even when I know this has mistakes. The white on the hair was made with wax. :p  Just out of the blue: I'm thinking of doing a quick auction, how good (or bad) do you think this could be for selling? Would it be more than 15k??? wow Deuxia your pretty good with water colors. I should try learning someday. I have a question what kind of pen do you sure the ink the drawing? The lines look really nice on the hair.
I think an auction would go over well. for how much, I don't do really know
