True, but the rules state when a crew members reach Zero the person is demoted and the crew choose an new member to take their place. Now would be that time, but that would not be discussed here. Kouri and carlos and the rest of us will discuss it behind closed doors as always.

As it should be 3nodding Crew are the mommy's and daddy's of the guild and matters such as this should be discussed away from the kiddies ears so as not to cause distress xD

Though the rules did state demotion, Kouri mentioned before that if the Crew Member whom hit zero have a valid reason, then it would be ok. How is Iche supposed to fix Konoha internally, anyways, if he was elsewhere rp-wise? Arrange missions for the shinobi (I believe only one cell was alive and actually rping in Konoha...the last time I checked)? Cleaning up unused threads?
Well...practical running like that should be Bromy's job, considering he's on the actual seat and should be looking for active Students/shinobi and make the village breath and all. Kiri and Suna are running fine with a Master, so why is Konoha dormant and so dependent on an absentee Hokage who's not even in his own village?

' what the ********? what kinda damn rule is that? just cause a few babies whine about someone and decide to stab him in a game, we demote him? NO one even levied any really good things about some of these people. And hell, Kenk has been gone for a huge amount of time but no one ever said a thing about that. Granted, it was for understandable reasons and I'm not saying we should do anything to him, but I'm using him as an example. Ievi had real life stuff going on and just cause it's timing didn't fit in with Simb's thoughts, we're gonna demote him? BULL ******** s**t! look, I know that now that he's left the guild his demotion/banning is going to happen. That's fine cause he chose to leave but I don't appreciate my postion as crew being placed on the whim of a bunch of people who don't know me anywhere near as good as others. I rub people the wrong way all the time. From what your saying is that all it'd take is for me to rub one person the wrong way and have them kill me here and all of a sudden I'm no longer crew? What the ******** is that?

who left the guild? I agree with carlos but what the ********, I'm pissed lvl never posts, this is serioulsy pissing me off. If people are that inactive they shouldn't be on crew. I mean I understand if h has rl problems but I can't do anything with my main character without him!

Carlos, I doubt that they are going to allow you to be demoted because of one person's vendetta against you. The most I've ever seen people damaged for is inactivity. I have yet to see -blahblah against a person 'because he's mean'. And Rachel would likely just laugh at that person and not count it as a turn.
And you have to realize that it's the higher up crew that's going to do the demoting, not the regular people. Kouri, SimB, Rachel, and Kenkie aren't going to let you be demoted just because someone has a stick up your a** about it.
Also, is there even anyone who can demote Kenkie? o.O

Seriously though, we shouldnt be demoting people just because they're a little inactive. I totally know what it feels like to be busy.
If people keep nagging the members, it becomes a chore. I know what it's like.
If we start demoting people just like that.... then what happened to the guild? The one I used to know was so full of trust, and birghtness. It just seems like everyone's bitching and moaning now. I can see why I 'left'.
Ugh... excuse my rant.... I just cant stand to see a buddy get trashed around like that.

Hmmm...
Incidentally I'm using my special VC powers to null Caleo's -2 of Creuset. Sorry dude! But I've been given a reason.
As for the demoting shizznit, I stand by Neko's thing. There is no auto demote. When you reach 0 something is seriously wrong. Fix it or leave..
As for Zenk's concern the people who left were pretty much inactive anyway. <_<; Except for Kitsune.
Ugh... Well, I will miss Icheti... maybe I will catch him on MSN. >.<
Creuset's Reason: Creuset Hey Kouri, I'm a friend of Creuset and I have logged in whit his account to tell you some sad news. Creuset was involved in a car accident last thursday. Luckely he got only a broken right arm and a small concussion. He has to take rest now for 3-4 weeks, untill his arm is healed. He asked me to tell you, that he was really sorry that he can't be online for such a long time. Anyways, lot's of rp fun and he will contact you when he's better. Henk (Creusets friend)
