Might have missed this, but can you do a mission more than once? Also, how do you know if a mission actually require's the kage's permission? I've seen some that say 'No Permission Required' but I wasn't sure what 'No Notes / Special Notes' meant.

Any of the missions up on the mission board. Those are allowed without kage permission. Of course only certain ranks are allowed for certain ranks. If you get close to Chuunin you have to ask the Kage and no you cant repeat some missions.

Apples; My general rule of thumb is to consider your character's rank, and the mission requirements. Genin aren't permitted to leave without some kind of higher ranked officer clearing them, so for genin, if it doesn't require a group, or departure from the village, that's what I believe you can do without permission. n.n

Also, I was just looking through the Maruton techs and noticed one that sparked my interest. Are there any perquisites to learning Gamayudan [Toad Oil Projectile] -- would you have to be a Sennin in order to learn it?
EDIT: I forgot to ask too, how do 'Void' techs work? Are there any perquisites to these?

Don't even think about sage mode right now, because it needs to be fixed. Badly, since we have more than toads. xD
Maruton techniques are techniques anyone may learn, because they are not of an elemental nature, and therefore, can be utilized by all. If it reads you need a pre-requisite, then for that techniques, you do. Otherwise, it's mostly just go along with it, if you're of an able rank.

I wasn't planning on it haha. Far to complex at the moment, and I want to get settled into the normal techs before considering going sage or anything else of that sort.
