Nightshade777 Draco opens his eyes and stretches as he wake up in the main den of Wolf Grounds. His eyes widen as he looks around, not recognizing where he was. "Where am I?", Draco asks himself in his deep, rough, dragon voice. I don't remember traveling here. The last thing I remember was me fighting Shadow in the forest and...." Draco notices that he was able to stand up and stretch his all four of his legs, including his hind legs, which were supposed to be fractured. How did...but...I don't understand... Draco looked back at his hind legs and walked around, testing their ability to function. It's as if I never even hurt them. Well, I don't understand how I got better with only a one day's sleep, but who really cares? Draco looks around the inside main den and decides to look for a way out. He walks around for a little while, taking the wrong directions and then after a minute or so finds the entrance and sees Sabre, sleeping. Trying not to wake him up, he slowly walks around him, but being part dragon, his tail was longer than that of a normal wolf and touched Sabre in the ribs as Draco walked passed him. "Kira, why do you always walk away from me at night? Why can't you just stay with me and sleep here by my side?", Sabre said, tossing and turning twice, still asleep and dreaming. Kira, do you really feel happier out in the forest alone? Just stay here. Was it something I did or said? Come on, don't leave... Sabre had never understood why Kira would always leave the main den at odd times during the night. He was never suspicious of anything, but always felt lonely when she'd leave him. Still in love with her and missing her very much, Sabre dreamed of her often, but despite having friends and a wolf pack that he lead, he still felt lonely inside without his mate, Kira, with him.

"I'm sorry", Draco whispered to Sabre, after hearing him speak about the former alpha female leader. Draco walked away, spread his wings and flew away to the forest where he wouldn't disturb anyone. Kira, yes, I remember. That was the last alpha female. Talah...was her daughter. But I sure don't like Kira's other daughter that she had. What was her name? Kitta? I remember, she looked at me and told her mother that I was scaring her when I wasn't even doing anything! It's been a long time since I've even thought about Kira or her other daughter. What ever happened to that little pup anyway? And according to what I've heard, I think Kira was the one that died in the cave collapse, right? Sabre sure misses her. I wonder what it's like to have a mate, to love them and then lose them. It must be a horrible feeling. But considering I'm so hideous, I shouldn't be thinking of such things. No one could ever love a beast like me. Draco's wings flapped in the air harder and were more tense, since he was feeling a bit angry. He puffed some smoke out of his nostrils as he neared the forest. Maybe I should just forget that I even thought of such a thing.

Silver_Limit_88 Saphira~Angel "Wow...but...why? Why would Shadow spare my life? I heard some wolves talking, they said Shadow saved me...and...come to think of it, before I passed out fighting those three orcs, I remember seeing him." *Cerulean looked up at Silverfang with horror in her eyes.* "Silverfang! Why did Shadow save me?! " *Cerulean quietly wondered if there was a born dark streak in her she didn't know about and looked down at the ground, eyes wide wondering and debating with herself why she was vital to him.* Am I somehow a part of Shadow's plans? Could he really save my life, being in the Sinister Four, for no reason? Do I endanger the Wolf Grounds by being around?! *Cerulean's heart beat increased to a sharp, fast beat and her mind started spinning.* Silverfang looked perplexed, but answered her with his best guess. "From observing Shadow during my time as a spirit, I have figured out that Shadow must have come out sexist after being raised by Darkfang. Shadow always believed that females were weak and were never suitable for battle. He felt sorry for you when he saw you in danger, so he must have saved you because he thought you wouldn't be able to fight the orcs on your own. Shadow wasn't completely evil. He was always just sexist, which is why he decided to fight Talah. He believed that the males should be the only leaders and that females weren't suitable for any ranks in leadership. So seeing Talah as one of the alpha pack leaders, he must have challenged her to a battle to the death. For if she died, she could no longer lead. This comes to another conclusion, perhaps he planned for you to be his mate when he would fight and defeat Sabre, for the alpha leadership rank. And since he saved your life, he probably thought that you'd feel obligated to to become just that. But all of that is just my guess from what I know about him personally and my observance of his actions during my time as a spirit. No one but Shadow himself could be 100% sure about his plans." "I hope your right... Silverfang, one last question. There's no possibility that Shadow and the other members of the Sinister Four could return could there? They're dead for good now, aren't they?"

*Cerulean galloped onward to the main den and after a few minutes arrived there and slid to a stop. She tilted her head as she walked into the den.* "Where has Draco gone? He was just here..." *Cerulean jogged over to where she last saw him and sniffed the ground.* "He left a few minutes ago...hm. I guess I'll see him when destiny wants us to." *Cerulean shrugged and jogged out of the den.* "Well, I don't really know what to do now...I guess I can run a little, I want to be the fastest wolf around this place." *Cerulean took off sprinting through the forest and started running her way on the boundary lines of Wolf Grounds.*

He saw the Cerulean running and chased after her. Running very quickly for the someone with short strides on only two feet, Wolvii caught up to her with surprising ease for running was one of his wolf clan's specialties. With a large smile, he ran by Cerulean's side and asked, "Did you say running? Are you training for a race? I love running!" He was almost too excited to allow her to answer his question.
