Raynier quickly snaps back to his tense and unrelaxed position, bowing his head low."I apologize, Lady.. I meant no offence, I was trying to think of a suitable compliment... I swear it..."He sounds tense, a little distressed even. Thinking he has ruined another chance at friendship, he shrinks back slightly, waiting for the inevitable slap or stab for offending the Mistress of the Clan.

She scoffs alittle "God you defeat so easy, your father made you useless." She moved even with Mercy on her back she moved with ease and confidance her walk along very seductive she moved and sat in her chair moving Mercy so she was in her lap. "If I was offended, I would have slapped you instead of making a comment" Her voice stayed in its cold state but her eyes changed to an ice blue."

Looks up, his blood-red eyes igniting with shadow-fire, showing his fury."Do not EVER compare me to that slime that I call my father! The day will come when I slide Silver-fang into his heart and feast on his blood!"His rapier, Silver-fang, sensing his anger has almost lept into his hand, an aura appearing below his feet as he stares down at the woman, though he does not move to attack or even threaten her, just glares at her with fiery eyes.

She laughs full throated, she had a smirk on her face and her gun pointed at him "I would put it away, if Danny were here, he would most likely have a sword to your throat." She never blinked "And last I heard of your father which was not too long ago I had to deal with the council, he was died, killed by a member of your bloodline gone mad." Her aura never changed her eyes stayed ice blue but she never moved didn't even flinch at the sight of the sword at her.

What happens next, passes within the blink of an eye... Raynier's sword drops to the hard ground with a clatter and he falls to his knees, both the shadow-fire in his eyes and the aura fading away. He stares at the ground in front of him as his hair covers his face in shadow. His voice is quiet."Hes dead... Hes finally dead..."He looks up at Lady Death, a mixture of pain, triumph and sadness within his red eyes, he looks directly at her, almost asking, 'What do I do now?'...

She moved setting the gun on the arm rest "Yes, I seen the ashes. He was died for sometime though a year or so." She sighed and almost to herself "Why do I always get the ones that look for revenge?" She sighed more and looked back at him "You live, living for revenge is not living its only existing...I would know I have been there."

He took a deep breath, trying to steady himself, he stood, picking up his cane and sheathing Silver-fang, he began to head for the door, deciding to walk to his room the normal way, he looked back at Lady Death."To be honest, Lady... It wasn't revenge for my banishment that I sought... I will be in my room.."On that note, he quietly left the room, his footsteps not echoing at all on the floors of the mansion.

*Mercy snuggled her and kissed her lightly on the lips before moving back a little.* "He seems. . . . . very. . . hmmmm" *She touched her finger to her lip in thought.* "fragile." *She finally decided.* "Maybe someone needs to toughen him up." *She giggled and a smile beamed.*

She smiled kissing her back "Yes, but if I remember his father right, he was no where near how our father's were." She smiled and rested her head against her shoulder

*The name sounded familiar but it didn't stirike a chord for her interest. Leaning forward she stroked her cheek lightly.* "Why don't you go get some rest?" *Her hair fell from her face and uncovered her neck as she spoke.* "Lord knows I haven't gotten to keep you up all night yet." *She said this as a matter of fact rather then in a flirtasious way.*

*She giggled but was surprised at the gesture in the common room, especially coming from Lady Death. She leaned up shifting alittle and kissed her lightly.* "Then you'll have to stop trying to bed Muko and focus on me one night my lovely Lavender." *She kissed her againthen pulled away but sayed straddling her and smiling sweetly.*
