Shi is the Sensory Ninja from Kusa. She, unlike most every character in the guild, is evil...to the core. Like, started off bad...always will be.
At this point, she's infiltrated the inactive Leaf Village with the intents of stealing the Hokage's robes and attending the Five Kage Summit in his place.

Well since his RPC's plot is being a strong experienced ninja trained by the former Kusakage himself. I already made him learn advanced technique for his class. (currently on strike)
he's a taijutsu type and he learned up to 5 of the 8 gates already and all the techniques of Kaiser fist style with the exclusion of Kaiser Fist, Kaiser Canon and that incredibly high ranked Lightning Armor..
