It was true, her clothing is stained dark with what must be blood. It is under her nails, it mats her hair.
EDIT: She looks at Athena, "No, but I know what he must be feeling."

Persephone grabs Brian's chin and makes him look at her.
"Stay here! You can be stronger than It. You can stop it!" Persephone's voice has an odd tinge of hysteria to it.
'Do you think in him you can save yourself? Pathetic...'
((Oops, had to edit out Brian's name. He never told it to Persephone, just realized. Hehe... sweatdrop ))

Persephone screams in frustration and disappointment.

Persephone runs at Brian and jumps on his back. She scratches and bites at him like some sort of feral cat.

The wolf whimpers and slams his back into a tree. The shade of the tree blocks out the moon. He is returned to his normal stage. A large chunk of his back is bleeding.

The illousions of Athena fade away and the realy one is standing alone and walks over to him carefuly

Persephone gets up, gasping for air. The blow against the tree sucked the wind right out of her. She moves over to Brian and sees the damage she's done to his back. Red tears spring to her eyes. Is this the only treatment a monster will ever see?
"I'm sorry! I... oh there's that forgiveness thing again. Are you okay?"
