she sat on the edge of the tub. slowly unbuttoning her dress.

"That stinks" Jake said. He noticed her sitting at the edge of the tub. "It is sad angels can't truly love without losing their wings. Isn't it true your father was an angel?" he asked.

"yes. mara was too but she is expecting...so her wings are gone...daddy did have brother...but he died..." layla said as the dress fell to the floor leaving her naked. she slowly drew back the shower curtain and stepped in with him. not looking anywhere below his neck. she hugged him. letting the water soak her as well
