I have a question.
Why is it a person cannot own a chocobo shop, when the image they are using is done totally by them and all copyrights are given, because the chocobo is a copyrighted thing.
Yet editors can pixelate just about anything from any RPG / Show / Game / Etc. and sell it even if the character is copyrighted and nothings wrong with that. >.> I mean the chocobo and the character are both copyrighted, and while the edit may have different eyes or something the hair / outfit which makes up about 90% of a character can be sold.
I mean your still making a profit from something that isn't yours -_- right ? and that's against the TOS.
