Beginnings is a good place to start, look over things, read the rules, make a character, etc.

Yes, bloodline then profile, but you can do them at the same time, the profile just can't get approved until bloodline is.

Yes, bloodline then profile, but you can do them at the same time, the profile just can't get approved until bloodline is.

It really depends on what you want to do.
Your character goals, what faction, etc.
