Well, I figured you usually give them a test after they've learned an acceptable number of low ranked jutsu. In Oto, I'm forcing them to learn ALL of the E ranks, then I'm going to give them a test, likely built around the jutsu they learned.
The students David was getting here is Suna have had to prove themselves to him, by impressing him during a, unknown to them, impossible test. Ronnel's RPC had to "Just hit David once." to pass. They also happened to be fighting in the middle of the desert. He passed because David liked how he improvised on attacks rather than just running in swinging.
Wood failed cause he just tried punching David in the face no matter what happened.

Well, Aya could possibly hit David at least once, since the only thing she has an advantage is the +2 in Strength, Speed, and Reflex. If possible, I don't want her to learn any jutsu at all, except for taijutsu.

I had to fight someone to pass. It was interesting. I had to make due with three techniques.

If the small text, then Akatsuki thing, Rogue Country, AND in the Tower. cool Yep, he's pretty the only guy here with an active sex life. Whaaa? ... Hinote, how dare you put something quoting me in which I did not put! ... <_< >_> As far as not posting, I'm finishing up a Philosophy paper now, gonna try to post tonight. If not tonight, then definitely tomorrow. And Greg.... I still want a Hinata sig as the guild banner... Boobs or no boobs. (( Prefer former though >< ))

Soon as you post, he's gonna be frozen again waiting for Ronnel anyways, so it's not too much of a worry. Just making sure you hadn't forgotten and thought we were done there. (Jade did that once. I had to remind her David was still there waiting for her.)
