Well, if you faint a Pokemon at Battle Frontier, you have to keep fighting and get them healed anyway. xd You might as well just call it a day.
Though I had this idea that maybe we could all pit our Nuzlocke survivors against each other in a tournament afterward, just for extra sadism, so keep 'em around if you can. biggrin
