Memo excitedly runs in with a bag full of gifts from...The Orange Islands...?
"Hellooo Aqua!"
The boy says as he makes quite the entrance. He then places the bag on the couch and walks over to Brian.
"Heya, Brian! Why all the Magikarp? Are they the ones that had those ring thingys?"

Sairaku Memo excitedly runs in with a bag full of gifts from...The Orange Islands...? "Hellooo Aqua!" The boy says as he makes quite the entrance. He then places the bag on the couch and walks over to Brian. "Heya, Brian! Why all the Magikarp? Are they the ones that had those ring thingys?" Me: Nope, but they'll be some with them on. I want to observe the effects of some of those rings collected in a scientific manner. *I drop the Magikarp into the Aqua pool*

The forced de-evolution process has to hurt do to the need of KOing it, but the forced evolution... I don't know. *I grab a PokeBall* Me: But if its any comfort, I plan on doing this on one Magikarp at a time, and while its asleep.

Memo said as he bent down and dipped his hand in the water and moved it gently.

But any good strategist will tell you that knowing your opponent is a key to victory. And tell me. If Rocket ever gets enough of these rings to have 10 Red Gyrados per Aqua, do you think that we'll be able to handle it? *I grab a ring and am about to throw it in the pool when I suddenly feel a little strange*
Me: No...
*My eyes glow blue for a second, then I get a small green aura*
Me: I think I know what this is...

"Aha! Well for you I brought a Mew Charm. Ya see?"
Memo pulled out a beautiful shining bracelet that was made out of a silver metal that shone a pale purple and green. It was made to look like a Mew touching it's own tail.
"I hope you like it."
He handed it to Brian and smiled sweetly.
