Niniel_Erendis (I think it must be imperious curse...if was just the cruciatus, he would be mad, yes, but that curse is supposed to cause so much pain that you can hardly move...I think it must be some imperious and maybe something to increase his violence...Although it was already violent, though stuck to the earth lol) 'Anyway...we can't just let it in that way!' Niniel jumped in order to avoid some of the branches whic were aiming to her face. ' I think we ought to cut a little branch, and then just stunning him or even use one of that curses...the Avada Kedavra should work if it is alive!!' In that very moment she had to create a shield, the tree seemed to hear her words...the Avada thing seemed not to please him... "We will not use that curse, its against the law and is an evil curse, its killed so many people. we shouldnt use any of those curses."said hikakaru.

(Not much has happened since you left. We're still battling the tree, and the guild is moving slow for once. It's awsome that you run track. I did that in 2004, and I did Cross Country in 2005. Then I became a drama freak so stopped running.)
"Nobody needs to use the Avada Kadavra curse." Lily screamed it in exasperation as she doged a thick branch that smacked her left shoulder hard. She felt the pain shoot threw her muffled a scream as she fell to her knees.

"you used the curse hikakaru." sam said under her breath watching the whole thing and turned away from it. she hated yokoshima so much right now. her arm still stung not making anything better and she felt so angry over nothing.

'I know what it makes. I know it's forbidden. But I think that this sort of stuff' níniel pointed with her wand to the willow, 'isn't allowed either...And you know, that is not a person. Is a plant, a tree, more excatly. I don't mind using it...I don't think anyone would really blame me for using that method in order to finish this nightmare'.
Niniel fell in silence for a moment, looking at all the people.

sam looked at him "riiight." she tried to figure out what was making ehr so made but she couldn't find it. she was wondering why she was being so mean to her own friends. 'i'll kill yokoshima.' she thought to her self.

"do your saying you never thought about using it? came close to ever using it?" she snapped back. sam stopped and clossed her eyes and opened them again. "sorry hikakaru, i dont know what's going on with me." she said and heading back for the castle before she did somethng she'd regreat.

Sephy walked up bewteen them, the cold, indifferent look back in her eyes. "You both must be blind. How exsactly is arguing about this now and right here going to help you save your friends." she asked, looking at them through narrowed eyes. She raised a hand and put up the blocking spell in time to block one of the trees blows.

"How sad. I wonder why no one has thought of the simple solution of maybe stopping the spell, then transporting the tree back to it's original place?" she said, putting a cushoning spell around her so the trees flails would not hit.

Really...that was only a suggestion...and that wasn't even a person...Furthermore, they did not even know her. How they could blame her just for suggesting a drastic method, when none of them were being able to stop the womping willow?
In that moment, she just hoped her two last years were to finish quickly...that people were just too much for her...
