In other news: For my mock trail for my Spanish final: Jack ( Jack and the Beanstalk) was charged with theft, tresspassing, and murder in the first degree. I asked the wife if she knew that eating humans was illegal in the village, she said that her castle is in a whole other world. So we got theft and tresspassing dropped. The other side brought in proof that Jack and his mother were talking about killing the Giant with an axe. When it all came down to it Jack was convicted of manslaughter and was, at first, given ten years then had eight years suspended. Theorectically, I won the case, the court had no jurisdiction over the crime. However, this all had to be in Spanish so I couldn't call for an immediate dismissal (we had to use the langauge).

Kyle_Rayner Zelyhon So? Isn't that a pretty good strategy, as those tend to be the better shows? Plus, what's wrong with it getting licensed. I mean, I will concede that I, for all my endorsing and wanting DVDs and such, dislike 4kids. But what's wrong with other companies like ADV, Geneon, or Funimation getting the series'? Why? Because I have a vested interest in watching said shows in their original form. Care to elaborate? I don't see how it's a bad thing that shows get licensed. Your "original form" argument means nothing in the face of DVDs and increasingly better dubs. Besides, your argument only seems to apply to anime that's put on TV, and even then they're getting better about the quality, some shows excluded. I just don't see how your argument plays out.

WhiteJoker Hiun no Miko Jeee WJ, I thought you were going to stay away from Gaia during your break. rolleyes I got bored, besides, the point is to stay away from the work. Besides, I beat Jet Set Radio Future and Jade Empire already, I don't feel like starting up Syberia to burn away my time. Plus, we are awesome, after all.
