I can check if his JLA comm link is still active. He may still use it, but I doubt that.
I can ask some of the Outsiders though, I think they might have a communication device active.

Sounds like a plan. I can try to use the Tallus to get in contact with Heather but they're still doing renovations and upgrades so it may not work right now. She might be able to see if our Rex is in another reality.
