The only things it like that other said it has to be from a being far beyond that of human nature because the human body and mind can not handle such powers.-Xx}} But there in lies the problem, people don't always rp that. Infact half the time you see it used by the more verbose rpers is when they believe they are beyond such a simple concept.

@Nilly: Thank goodness for explosive power classes like that, too...it gets tiring trying to explain how powerful one of Fierce's attacks is compared to a thermonuclear weapon:

At anyrate, I'd never make a Planar mage - I could certainly rig one up properly, but I have little taste for the concept of it. Furthermore, their omnipotence in one given field is actually one of their higher weaknesses, I'm finding.

That's bullshit, Abraxas, and you fall under the bounds of my signature. Psionics is simply the manifestation of psychic powers such as telepathy and telekinesis, no more. You described "pseudopsionics", although a better definition of it would be "bullshit".
Donald Tenebrae vs. Gelmax has concluded through the brief removal of Donald Tenebrae from the arena, disqualifying him.

Personally I like writing one of my character's mind being under huge strain when he overdoes some of his stuff.
If you just ignore the weakness or write a way around it then what's the point?
But I've been told not as many people enjoy writing their character getting hurt or struggling as much as I do. lol.

{{xX-The true and simple fact that the problem lies in the tournament itself. Because any being is allowed to enter. Thus, beings beyond that of the nature of human and greater sense of mind and power are far advanced against humans of the such. Thus, already there is no mortal or physical being that can win this tournament. I'm sorry that it is the way the tournament is but that is just how it has bin allowed. Though it is very complicated and educational I do enjoy learning all I can about psionics but if it were against the rules everything would much more fair as bluntly stated.-Xx}}

Imperfect, I let one of my characters get hurt a lot worse then most. Buck shot to the gut with a rifle round going clean through the midsection, another shot that tore a chunk out of his left thigh and shattered his thigh bone, and to top it off a pistol going off point blank with the round travelling just beneath the skin along the bone untill it exited behind his right ear.
