They're not exactly saying that's the price, but they're being deceptive.
And that IS against the rules.

They recently put up a sticky about those kinds of scams in the exchange.
It's okay to sell for whatever price you want, but deliberately trying to trick the buyer into thinking that's the items worth is not okay.
And these kinds of scams are now reportable, and possibly bannable.

Hey! We should have someone make a protest multimedia to put in our profiles against the current moderators, besides for the good ones like Loki, the administraters and Window.
It should be somehting like;

Or something to that effect. it seems window has made a good impression on people pirate
