Well of all things, can it be really? Yes! No! Oh! Hi! Oh, my eye!Arekku awakened form his daze, he was still holding the contest pass a mere inch from his huge grinning face. Then he remembered something and put away the card. "Go Kari!" Arekku tossed the pokeball for his Combuskin, "Ready, Steady, Go!" The pokemon lit up in a bright light. After that light faded, a Blaziken was standing where the Combuskin once was. "Yes!" Arekku shouted excitedly and jumped up to hug his pokemon who cheered and hugged him back. My mind may be wondering, but I confess, I believe it is Old Deuteronomy!

Swampert walked into the room, just in time to see Blaziken. Small static electricity bolts raced towards Kari's eyes.
"Always is~" Tommy chimed to the happy Memo on the floor. He noticed Arreku hugging a Blaziken. "Oh, mornin' Arreku. You like sleeping too?" Tommy joked, remembering the many times he had fallen asleep, dozed off, or fallen into a daze.

Kari felt eyes boring at her and turned to see the Swampert glaring. She shot devilish look back at it, sending her own red static bolts back. My mind may be wondering, but I confess, I believe it is Old Deuteronomy!

Memo said as he giggled through his hand as he stood and faced Arreku and his Blaziken.

Swampert recieved the intense stare, and nodded to himself quietly. He re-opened his eyes, and a small bolt of blue electricity seemed to discharge from his eyes (hee hee, made a pun), heading straight back for the Blaziken named Kari.
"Hee hee, yeah..." Tommy wiped a bit of moisture away from his eyes, not bothering to look to Swampert. He knew what was happening. He smiled at the thought of Swampert having a rival. At that, he burst out into laughing.

Well of all things, can it be really? Yes! No! Oh! Hi! Oh, my eye!Kari's continuous stream met with the Swampert's and the bolts pushed back and forth. Arekku, oblivious to his pokemon's actions at that moment, spoke, "I met a girl a little while ago, she was crazy mad at being beat by Fantina, who by the way was giving out Contest passes! Can you believe that?" The question was geared more toward Memo but he made sure to include Tommy in the question. "I was just there to watch a contest when all that happened to fall on me." He sighed, intent. Until he felt the tension behind him, "Gah! Kari, c'mon, stop." To which the Blaziken turned away, walking to his trainer acting calm and collected with a snooty tint to her movements. My mind may be wondering, but I confess, I believe it is Old Deuteronomy!

Tommy was still oblivious to Swampert's actions. "Well. I can talk. And I'm guessing you can't. I win. Though it's easy to fix." Swampert said without much emotion, and simply turned back to tromp back to Tommy's room.
"Whoah, so you and Memo got Contest Passes? That's rad!" Tommy shouted out for Arreku and Memo. "What a weird girl." Tommy said to Arreku. "Time for me to become a mechanic." Tommy nodded to himself. "Can I see it though?" He asked to either Memo or Arreku.

Memo was now excited like a Skitty with his own tail!
"I know! I can't believe I almost forgot haha!"
With that the boy pulled a Contest Pass out of his pouch and jumped happily as he waved it in the air.
"And I also met this boy who was really cool and really nice and really awesome since he got one too!"
Memo then turned to Tommy and smiled.
"Here ya go."
He cheerfully handed it towards him.

"Whoa-ho-ho, lookee there." Tommy smiled as he accepted the card to look at it. "That's pretty cool, you guys!" He exclaimed, giving the pass back to Memo.

The boy happily collected the pass and stuck it back in his pouch. He gave a happy sigh and smiled.

"See ya around." Tommy waved his friend good-bye, and then turned his attention back to Memo. "Nothin', actually. Besides... nah, that's not new either." Tommy shrugged after giving up thinking of anything new. "How 'bout you?" He returned the question back to it's owner.
