If I didn't know any better, I'd say there was some actual resentment in 'dem words of yours.
Er... there isn't any. I didn't mean for it to sound like that, either. I missed out on the shade subplot thing, but Rage wasn't there, and really has no reason to care one way or the other about the situation. ICly Rage is there for completely different reasons than his team. OOCly he's there because I wanted to join in the tournament and have some fun doing it.
As for the goings-on outside, it has to do with a conversation between Teira and Rage back at the Firebrand and IC feelings about the entire situation.
If someone finds something wrong with what I did, I'm more than happy to work with them, and would hope they'd approach me on a personal level to work things out, just like I'd approach one of you if I had a problem with something you've done.
Which, for the record, I don't.
