I saw it right after I clicked on the thread. I think that it was Drago as well since he was posting in Hidden Leaf around the time. I went ahead and added my approval of the technique anyways.

Jutsu Shou is 2000 Skill Points. It means that it take 20 post to learn and 2000 Skill Points to use. I going to start working on a post so that we can get some RPing done if you want.

Every day go's by fast for me. I keep myself intertained all day, and if it's boring in the house, I go outside. But sense it's winter I'll stick to in doors.

Hmm it seems like they came out with a new Shippuuden video game in Japan. I'll be in the mod forum compiling the techniques.
Klam, how did you find the names and descriptions of the techniques from the first game?

Soul: Name and discription for what??? "Toton Jutsu", "Byakugan no Tenteki", and "Neurotic Jutsu". I had those discription and names a while back. Most of the discription from from the net with minor rewording as needed to make it fit my character.
