you know what...We As Mods havn't been doing our jobs correctly. But EVERY TIME somebody wants to be reborn or switch clans...They Need to go through the penality..
You must have a list of your techniques, and perform all of them at least once to remember them, before you can actually use them again.
After being reborn, all your previous skills will be "asleep" in a sense and will take work to be awoken, your chakra will also drop to 2000 until you see something that resembles your murderer, causing you to have a "vision".
They need to be Genins again...yeah..

Leader | Man that's a lot of things that must be done. I'm not saying it's too much, just that for someone who has sixty thousand cp, persay, they'd have a lot to rp. It's only fair though I suppose. People need not to take dying and reincarnating themselves lightly.
I'm back... for a while. Where's Ke-Ke? She's usually always on. She must be in class.

I am so very bored right now... this really sucks. I can not even thing of some cool stuff to have as make-ups that I so baddly need to remake the majority of mine on my main character.
