XD as i said last night, this sorta thing should not be "tiring, boring, more work instead of fun" a RP is suppose to be fun on ALL players and creators, Story is only good as long as everyone is enjoying it, i feel, the thing that's hurting everyone the most, is lack of said enjoyment.
As i told Devil last night, make a RP like a game, there's a time for Story posts (i'd think 2-3 posts?) then time to move into place for the movement phase. (2-3 posts) then comes what EVERYONE enjoys the most, is the action, testing their character's against whatever is thrown at them, in which case the Action phase should be more then the Story/Movement phase combined, so the character's can feel the fatigue of battle, instead of getting the urge to just fight none stop.
Hell's been at a stand still, but Real life is a vice on most people's lives, and understandable, but i feel the general idea of making a RP shouldn't change. FUN should be the bottom line, HvH has earned the Rep of having a good story, at least when i joined. And the people who been working hard on it. Hate, Devil, Jilly, Rabid, Raven and so many more, have worked hard for it, i my self don't wanna see it go to waste.
telling Oni last night, hell he is the leader of the group and story for hells side, have fun with it, this is a hobby, thats ment to be enjoyed, not dreaded. if it gets to that point something has to give. telling Oni to throw Kira into Ice for a laugh was an idea, and the jerk carried on and did so, to have alittle fun, i say, that's the right way to go, Have fun with it, go wild, yeah we want the Focus to be on the Story of this Roleplay, BUT ABOVE ALL ELSE it should be fun, and it should be fun to make a Story about the Characters how they interact FOR the Story, not be Enslaved BY the Story.
If that makes sense, personally, i wanna see this to it's end,, and afterwards maybe for fun, make another one of how everyone coexists or something.
On a side note of that, another thing i feel would get everyone into the mix, is making a team, of some people in H v H, there are team tournaments out there, there are solo tournaments. Everyone here (besides the newer people and myself im refering to Hate, Devil, Jilly, Rabid, and if i forget other's forgive me) know's each other really well, and know's their fighting styles, honestly, make a team, im pretty sure, that if it came to it, to get you guys back into it, that, you need a challenge, someone to stand against and give you a reason to improve, a Rival for lack of the words i need.
The Tournament of HoH is once a year, it's under way now sadly we've missed it. BUT before i quit RPing (may not be any time soon, cause i enjoy it cause i make it fun DO ET TOOO) i would like to atleast join in a tournament like that, be part of a team of warrior's and compete for the Title of the best team. I'm not that good at writing, im not great at story telling, frankly i think im rather weak compared to everyone else here, but that to the side, my hope is everyone has fun, and that's what having a RP hobby is all about.
That is an option you can take. This is directed at Everyone in this guild, i want everyone to have fun, i may not be the best, and by far im not really good, but i want just the joy of RPing with everyone, we can't stop life, but D: i don't wanna see the potential that this has possibly be wasted ya know
