Luciano saw his fiance hit the ground, he violently thrashed as soldiers held him, then he heard Michelle say, "Whore? you wish." Michelle got angry when he shoved her though, when she was going to throw dirt and rocks into the Major's face she saw blood suddenly burst from his hand- He had been shot. Michelle gasped and then did something she thought she would never do to a man. . . She grabbed the major's 'junk' and threw him to the ground. Michelle then jumped up and stayed a fair distance away from the major and took out her glock; pointing it at his face, she said, "Doesn't it just piss you off when you're not the one 'on top' of things?" Luciano finally broke through the soldiers holding him, and he, too, pointed his gun at the major, "If any of you move, he dies!!!"

As soon as luciano yelled at the soldiers, the ground around the gang started to explode. Remote controled landmindes placed around the site had sudenly decided to go off, giving the major his escape.
he jumped up in the confusion and yelled "This is not over!" and was able to escape in the hellicopter that a grunt had already started up.

As the dust cleared and the surviving soldiers moved away, Waffle stood there with a jaded look on her face. Well, that was anti-climatic. I thought Luc had him for sure.
She looked around the area and saw her fiance lying cold on a rock. Waffle walked up to him and attempted to wake him up.
It took a few nudges before he got up and gave Waffle a hug. "I am so tired of this ordeal, Waffle." he mumbled. He shot a glance at everyone else while still hugging Waffle. "Any ideas what we're going to do now? Lollygagging around like this isn't helping us." he asked sharply. Meanwhile, he set the gun he had back on his belt.

Pen limped over to the rest of the gang. Through the chaos and carnage it looked like they weren't any worse for the ware. Getting to where they gathered, Pen could feel the lack of motivation.
However Sabe's words were oddly striking. For once he sounded forceful, courageous and serious. This is a whole new ball game if he is the voice of reason.
"Hudson is right. Forget this anti-magic field, lets just get Skotti, Lana and Lila out. We certainly have enough guns." She kicked one towards the rest of the group. A gun probably from a dead solider.
"What do you all think about that." She stuffed her good hand in her pocket and slouched a little. Looking up, though, to the rest of them.

Waffle let go of Sabe and turned around. While this was relatively unusual of Sabe, he did have a point. "Sure. Who knows where Skotti and the others are kept. Maybe they might be where the core of the 'power net' is, but that's wishful thinking." she said back.

"Could be though. It would make sense they would keep the Doc, Skotti and the anti-magic's main frame in the same location for better protection. All of the forces will be focused though so it won't be a cake walk if that is true." She kicked the dirt a little and readjusted her coat. Not completely believing it herself but still it was an option.
Looking over to the entire group her eyes stopped at Sabe's and then her stared at the ground. With a deep sigh she straightened up her back and stood tall. Raising her head she had her normal tried smile. With a chuckle she looked at the gang again.
"Well, you all heard the man. Lets get going."

Luciano nodded, "Then it's settled; We're going after Skotti." he said as he put his gun back into its tactical holster. Michelle nodded, agreeing with the group, "Yeah, BUT!!!" she turned to Luciano and poked his chest really hard, "When you ******** take him on, you're going to do it with ALL of us present! You're not going to pull the 'I'm a martyr' routine- We're a team!! Got it?"
"Yes."
"Good!- Can we go now?"
Luciano smiled, then he said to the group, "Alright. Let's move."

Pen rolled her eyes and sighed at the couple's discussion. She really doubted Luciano could resit such temptation to take on the job of going head to head with a brainwashed Skotti. Though it wasn't just that, they will be up a brainwashed Lana, Lila and a sound of mind Blackheart. It will take the entire team to figure out this one.
Starting with a jog she passed Michelle and Luciano. Though still ticked at Luc, she did give a tired smile.
"Well to make sure bro, I call dibs on the Boss. That way you can't go all hero on us." With that she gave a more confident look and marched on forwards.

Koji plucked one of his knives out of the neck of a soldier on the ground, wiped off the blood, and stuck it back in his belt. He was going to need all the ammo possible if they weren't going to try and disable to anti-magic field now. It's times like these that I'm really glad I learned how to use these knives.. he thought. The group started walking and Koji looked over to see Sabe. "Nice shot by the way.."

Luciano cocked his brow and he said, "Nobody is calling dibs on anybody." Michelle sighed, "Pen, it's fine- You can call 'dibs' on him all you want. But let's not-" before Michelle could say anything more, Pen had already marched forward. Luciano shook his head, then re-loaded his Modified Revolver. Michelle took hold of his hand, then she said with a quiet voice, "I think you should talk to everyone. We need a plan." Luciano didn't look at her, but he replied, "I'll think of something."

Sabe gave Koji an acknowledging nod as he limped to catch up with the group. About time some people listen. We'll finally be home with everyone in one piece soon enough!, he thought. He didn't want to ditch the mission, fearing the consequences, but the action already took its toll on him.
Waffle yawned as she kept up with the group. The lack of sleep started to get to her.

Skotti watched through his snipers scope from a safe distance away. He got onto his radio and spoke "they will have to go through the central wearhouse nearby. Blinding, prepare to greet them..." he said as a voice came back over "Understood!".

Pen went ahead a little further still in sight of the rest of the gang. The bandaged arm no longer had any feeling that she was aware. The cast along with the gun hidden under the coat, had disappeared to her. No longer knowing for sure she was holding a gun.
Coming to halt Pen looked around to find a building in the middle of all this jungle. Standing in wait for the others she wondered what exactly the building's significance.

Luciano was slowly getting very annoyed at Pen, he looked down at Michelle and he said to her, "Excuse me for a moment," he walked a fast pace and finally caught up to Pen. He clenched his jaw and he stared down at her. "Alright, what the ******** is your problem Penelope?" he said, speaking softly, "We don't have the time for this load of bullshit right now, so if you have something to say to me, Say it to my damn face. Otherwise, get the ******** over it. We're supposed to be focusing on this mission. We don't have the time for this." After re-loading his gun, he put it back into his tactical holster, and then he folded his arms. Even thought one couldn't see it, but under his mask he was frowning down at her.

Aly had managed to stay un-shot or punctured through most of this. Which was rather luck for her. A few quick tricks, and bright light could save a life. She touched her pocket where she kept the ultra-bright flashlight. She had just thought it would be good for finding her way through the dark, but who knew it could blind surprised soldiers for a long period of time.
Sighing she turned her attention towards the group and saw all the wounds. What the heck is wrong with these people!? They don't stop for a moment to take care of the wounded at all!? She looked toward Sabe and then shoot a look towards Pen ARG!!! Just look at Sabe, I'm sure there is another rib broken, arm fracture, and maybe leg damage. Not mention the bruising. And Pen, she walking around with a gun shoot wound...I'm sure the blood loss and lack of care has cause the thing to go numb. And if it isn't taken care of it could get infected and ARGG!!!
She twitch slightly and then took a calming breath. She understood the need to move, the danger that came with expertise like the Bosses old team blindly hunting you. Plus re-supplying would be good. She could ambush Pen first and then convince Waffle to let her bandage the heck of Sabe. Though I would need the magic shield down to do any really care or at least speed the healing process.
