Jake sighed and knelt next to her. He could not actually believe he was being kinder than he had ever been. "I am sorry if I hurt your feelings." he said. His eyes actually getting soft, instead of cold.
Leon kissed Alice's forehead. "It's okay" he whispered to her.

Hollis remembered she hadn't eaten. Her stomach growled loudly.

layla sniffed.
"it's fine....i understand....you dont want someone so young..." she said sniffing again. she put her knees down to look at him.
"if i alter the potion slightly you wont be able to shift into a spirit unless you command it..."
she grianed.
"what happened?"

nick led her into the kitchen.
"i made you all kinds of food. steak tacos with extra sour cream and lettuse....and other stuff.."

Hollis smiled and grabbed a few things from the pans and sat at the table. "Do we have any wine?" she asked, smiling.

"You passed out" Leon told her. He kissed her.
Jake looked at her. "You don't need to do that" he said. His eyes were slowly going back to normal. His spirit looked at him. It smiled then jumped back inside him.

nick sighed.
"one glass only...." he said as he poured her some fine red wine.
layla stood up and sighed.
"do you like me at all jake? did you ever like me?" she asked softly. she placed a small bottle made of glass on his night stand.
"well...good night jake...sleep well........" she said softly before going back to the door almost completely shattered. she hoped the vial maybe wold show him....
alice sighed.
"what did hollis say?"

Hollis smiled taking a sip. She patted the seat next to her, "Come eat." she smiled.

"They want to help" he told her. "Nick said they could take the child till we were ready to take it." he said softly.
Jake looked at her. "I like you just not that way" he said to her as she went to the door. He looked at the little bottle. He decided he could take it when he started to fade again.

Hollis smiled, nodding. "You are my little chef." she said. She kissed his nose.

Alice began crying...
layla stepped out of his door again and then went into the room next to his. she wasnt about to face her parents again. she sat there thinking about the vial. as soon as he opened it a dream would appear of them dancing. her in a ball gown with her hair pulled up. and him in a nice outfit. as music softly played.
she smiles at the thought of them dancing. she got up and began chanting herbs and liquids appearing she mixed together a drink and drank it she clutched her stomach as she felt her body growing. she fell to the floor as she enlarged. her hips growing along with her breasts. she began to grow pubic hair as her long blonde hair grew to the small of her back. her sports bra and skirt ripping off.
nick kissed her cheek

Hollis sighed and finished eating. She cleaned her plate and stood up. She sipped more of her wine.

Leon hugged Alice close to him. "It's okay" he said to her.
Jake looked around the room. He looked at the mirror. He knew it was a matter of time that he would start to fade. He turned away. He sat on his bed. He turned the T.V on and flipped through the channels not really caring what was on. He was holding the remote when he saw his hand fade. He sighed. He grabbed the vial. He felt something wrong it. He drank it anyway. He felt groggy and fell asleep. A dream formed of him dancing with Layla.
